Zach is very friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to go over different mods and help me find one that was most similar to my current one that had just broke. Very patient with us while we searched for a new juice flavor. Helped me get a great deal. I definitely recommend coming here. Awesome!

By far the customer service I have had in a long time! Zach was the only one working, he was able to give me a lot information and answered all my questions( new to vapor). While helping me he was able to break away to help some other customers that knew what they wanted.
You could tell he loves what he does.

This is an updated review because Sarah has been running my show and gotten me into some new devices and juices. Being someone that wouldn't budge she broke me and said "We're going to put your old vapes in a Hall Of Shame" just bring them in! She's the greatest I have to say. Knows the products and will steer you right.

Luckily for everyone, Zak is still there. Great service on a personal level he went straight to a juice that was a match I had been vaping for years. All of the positive reviews that mention him still apply and they were what made it worth the first visit.

Love this vape shop!! I keep going back. Staff is very knowledgeable on vape juice and very friendly!! Highly recommended. Ask for Zack he is extremely knowledgeable and will not lead you wrong if your wanting a certain flavor. The whole customer service experience is way above average! You won't regret stopping here.

Zach was incredibly helpful. It taught me a lot about the new mod I got, helped me prim it and set it up, and was generally just a really nice guy. The environment of this store is really what makes it so amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Claude, Roy, and Thomas are all super excellent. They customer service is top notch, the premium juices are abundant, and the prices are really good. From beginner to expert they always have what you need and are very knowledgeable and aren't gonna tell you something just to get you to buy.

During the worst of the pandemic, they were actually doing deliveries! Not my local shop, but they have certainly earned my business and I am glad to have found a good spot near my office.

Their house liquids are amazing. Dead dragon is so good I've been driving 20 minutes out of my way just to buy it for 4 years now. Their prices are very reasonable and the customer service is always great, especially from Zach.
