Dunkin'

I really just go for the refreshers/coffees, and the staff does a great job every time. They are very fast and get everything correct. Prices are better than Starbucks! I wish the menu and app would update whenever they're out of a product, but that's beyond their control and is a corporate issue.

I was in the area and decided to stop here, there aren't any near me. Let's just say that what I got was sinfully delicious...OMG. I had egg and bacon wrapped in a pancake...who does that!! Delicious!!! I also got hash browns, not my favorite. The young man who gave me my order was very polite and pleasant!

midday staff was so sweet and kind! loved how quick they were in getting the drinks/food out and how good everything tasted! great dunkin to stop by :) ❤

I live in Houston and I was just amazed by the customer service at this location! They were fast, my drink was delicious, and my donut was fresh! Thank you guys for the amazing service! I will be coming to this location every time I come around the area.

Very impressed by the managers skills, she’s quick and always multitasking. I’ve come a few times now and she’s working all areas of the store! I love how clean it is, how fast they got my drink and donuts. My daughter got a scoop on of ice cream and we sat down to eat it there, we watched as the staff worked efficiently and the customers all seemed to be pleased by their services. Best part as a mom- the restrooms are clean!

My fav place!! I have never received a bad coffee, donuts, or bagels. Staff is always polite and friendly.

Been a couple of weeks later and I wanted to give this you man Nathan his dues. Excellent service, probably the most professional person I've met at a fast food restaurant. Usually this location might miss an item on a picky food order but Nat made sure it was correct. Thank you.

I love this dunkin it’s worth my 15 minute drive on the weekend.

I’ve been coming to this store since it opened and it has always been horrible with the service and products no one ever seemed to care. BUT today I met the new manager her name was Pritrice she was very helpful friendly and made sure our order was correct after the fact of me explaining the issue we always have when we come here. She assured me that the drinks would be right and she apologized for the mistakes in the past even though she just got there. She was amazing our food and drinks were right hot and delicious!! we also didn’t have to wait long in the Drive thru I was really impressed. Even with cars in front of us!! I’m so glad the found a great manager who cares. Now when we can start coming back frequently!! When my neighbor told me the service was quit different when she came last week I decided to try and boy was she right! Thanks Dunkin for finding Pritrice! Y’all on to a great start again. I will definitely spread the word.

Came by here on a visit from my brother at college, the manager was so helpful since i really have never had dunkin before but it was amazing!!! Thanks for the munckins suggestion and the iced coffee, if im ever on this side of town again ill definitely be stopping!!

Didn't catch her name but the young lady who helped me tonight Aug 11 closing shift and the other staff was phenomenal! I am so glad I ran into her after my long shift at the ER, she made me smile and took wonderful care of me. I had no idea what the menu of donuts was due to coming from abroad and haven't been to a dunkin in years and she was so patient with me despite being super busy and was so kind! 😊 During my previous dunkin visits at other locations I was so used to staff being unfriendly but she completely restored my faith in Dunkin and in people tonight.

This Dunkin is awesome! While I have gotten a wrong drink or two in the past, they have always been helpful to make sure I get the one I wanted. This is my favorite location! Quick lines and prompt service from the drive thru. I do think that the Baskin Robbins in this location could be improved as the service always seems like an afterthought.

Very pleasant staff and clean shop. Donuts were fresh and found a good variety of flavors. Top-notch customer service (which seems to be rare these days). Will definitely be back.

Amazing staff!!! Ordered fast, received food fast too! Doughnuts where SUPER soft! wud go back AGAIN!!!!

Only got some ice cream from Baskin Robbins, great service and everything was clean. The only issue I saw were the tables were a little worn down so the edge banding was about to fall off.

Okay, the coffee drinks are way less expensive than the Competition SB. The coffee tastes better and you can get a doughnut. Also faster than Competition.
