Ascension Seton Dripping Springs Health Center

I had been looking into finding a primary care provider locally because I was tired of driving to Austin and, because I had previously had excellent experiences at Seton Southwest as well as Shoal Creek Hospital, I decided to try this location. I am so happy that I did. I had pre-registered online with my patient information, identification, and insurance, so I only had to sign a couple of forms at check in. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, which immediately put me at ease. Within 5-10 minutes, Nancy (the nurse) took me back and did my height, weight, and vital signs and went through my medical needs and some past history for my visit with the PA. Nancy was very nice and thorough and I could tell that she was very good at her job. Not long after seeing Nancy, the PA Catherine Edwards came in to see me. She was very polite and friendly and very personable, too. We went through a lot of my past and current medical issues and she listened to everything I had to say. I really felt like I hit the jackpot with Cathie. She was so kind and answered all of my questions and concerns and never seemed annoyed at all. I honestly feel like this will be an excellent medical home for me. Overall, an excellent first visit and I feel quite sure that this will be a fantastic PCP home for me.

Kathy is one of the best providers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is thorough, incredibly warm and professional. She made me feel so comfortable and I’m actually excited to come back when I need to, she’s that awesome! Even my husband is going to start seeing her as his PCP! Also wanted to mention that Nancy her nurse is the sweetest and the young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and pleasant as well.

As usual, when I need to get an appointment with my doc in Kingsland, he is never available. BIG THANK YOU to the Dripping Springs location. They really went out of their way and stepped up to help and was able to schedule a teleconference the same day. Dr Cathrine Edward’s and her team were very easy to work with and I felt they really cared. I think it is time to look into changing my primary doctor.

My experience at Ascension was phenomenal. I was seen by Catherine Edward, P.A. She was extremely attentive and very knowledgeable. I was nervous when I arrived for my appointment but after discussing my health and options I felt at ease because she didn’t just stop at initial issues, she analyzed the whole picture. Catherine established a plan of care that I feel confident about. Catherine got my medications on track as well as my mental well being. I feel like her medical knowledge and bedside manners are exceptional and I have absolute trust in having her as my provider. Knowing she has my best interests in mind, I can breathe a sigh of relief and rest well. I haven’t felt this good in a long time.

This was one of the best experiences I've had in some time. The staff was very pleasant, from the receptionist to nurse to the PA. I felt very comfortable and they met my needs and answered all my questions. They listened and I never felt rushed. I look forward to a long relationship with Ascention Seaton.

My whole family is switching to this clinic because the level of concern for patient well being is excellent. The staff take a long time to understand the issue at hand, and they also take time to probe about the general health of the patient. Appointments are easy, the front desk is helpful and efficient and costs are reasonable (we are self pay). My first visit was last year for my 20 year old son and the nurse practitioner Catherine did a superb job. Today I came with my 18 year old son and Dr Bartow was outstanding. He went way over the call of duty to explain treatment options and their success probabilities. He was careful and very caring during the procedure he administered, and then went to great lengths to make sure the billing codes matched his quote. This is what the practice of medicine should be like.

From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted with politeness and friendliness. Dr. Bartow was very thorough with information about my health. Listened to my concerns and together we made a plan for my health care. The staff are always very polite and supportive of me as a patient. Great team there at this location!

Very courteous an so helpful. I lost my voice an had a squeak. The nurse understood an helped me explain. When the doctor called told me she could hear the upper respiratory problem right away. It was Christmas an holidays but Seton was very PROMPT in getting me help.
I have been with Seton since 2014 an would never go anywhere else. Their network of doctors is just wonderful. So many thanks to all that helped me.

Dr. Bartow and his staff are above and beyond the best! Dr. Bartow always explains, in detail, what I need to know and makes sure I understand, listens intently to my problems, and never makes me feel rushed. From the moment I step in the front door until I leave, I am made to feel like family.

Catherine was super friendly and personal able. The building was very clean and not crowded. They were the only local dr. I could get into same day this week so I definitely had a great experience. The location is easy to miss but coming from 290 it’s the first left on sportsplex.

I got a college sports physical here and had a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I’m very thankful for the treatment I had here and would highly recommend it.

I did a virtual visit for the yearly Medicare check up. It was a pleasant experience.

I got yhe best care here and everyone took care of my needs perfectly.
