The banana pancake is good. Brisket taco is good. French toast is good. Avocado toast is the best toast I have tried recently. It is our first time to be here. And the native fries is the best. We definitely will come back.

The coffee is excellent and their breakfast taco are some of the best I've ever had. The salsa is amazing! Wish I knew their secret recipe. The atmosphere was chilled and the batista were super kind and welcoming. Sending love from Scotland.

Four reasons to Visit Native Coffee + Kitchen:
1. I have never tried any food item that is not absolutely delicious! I'm talking appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches, BREAKFAST. It's ALL good and that is so rare. I literally do not have a favorite item because of how flavorful each meal has been.
2. The drinks! So many choices for coffees and real sugar soda options. I can go in the morning and grab a lavender vanilla latte with a breakfast taco, or a real sugar soda with my buffalo chicken sandwich at night.
3. The staff - all of the girls at the register have been so kind when answering questions about the meals and coffee. They also are so kind in the way they serve others. Through checking on us to make sure we are okay, to holding back from interrupting a prayer or conversation, the staff is so respectful and helpful.
4. The environment - I am blown away with how cute, spacious, flexible the set up is. - I can choose to have my taco on the couch, eat my salad at a table, relax with my ipad in a cozy chair with my coffee, or socialize at the high tops as I wait for my to-go food.

One of my favorite brunch spots, the coffee and food never disappoints.
Personal favorite is the cinnamon french toast.
The next time I get it I’ll try to get a photo before I dig in so I can edit the review.
Owner is very nice too, came around making sure everyone at table was enjoying their food.
11/10

Edit: I wish I could give this place more stars because it continues to impress. I got a couple photos this time mid meal. The breakfast potatoes were so crispy this time, please please never change them. They are SO good. The bacon here also is amazing.

We stopped by for a quick coffee and breakfast, and enjoyed it so much we stay longer than expected. The layout decor was very nice and modern, semi farm style theme. The TX Pecan drip coffee was very smooth and strong. We had avocado toast and brisket taco. The taco was very well made and tasted delicious with the salsa. The toast was plentiful and fruit side complimented it well.

Me and my boyfriend were originally going to have breakfast at a café nearby but left from it being too crowded and the staff being rude. We stumbled across Native and decided to give it a try...boy were we in for a surprise. We were confused when we walked in because we’ve never been there before but the owner or manager walked us through the process on how to order and gave us the story behind the restaurant. SUPER NICE MAN! Wish we could have gotten his name, he had the restaurant gear and had tattoos, Thank you for the fries we really appreciated it. ❤I can’t believe we drove by this place multiple times without trying it, But boy today was a big surprise. The food was delicious and amazing, packed with flavor and love. On top of the staff being amazing, the food really did it for us. We’ll be back! If you want some food that’s worth the money then you have to stop by here!!!!

I just tried this place on a whim today and I am so impressed! The girl at the front was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful! I got the “Grilled Bird” Grilled Sandwich (pictured), and it was unbelievable! I’m already recommending the place to everyone I know and I will definitely be coming back! It’s also a great place to come and do work or studying.

Last place I visited before leaving Texas. First time in and was an excellent experience. Thank you to the three ladies who worked on Saturday (4/29).

The food was fresh and hot and the coffee was delicious!

Pricing was on the high side of fair. I had a medium black coffee and some breakfast tacos. Very much a coffee bar / breakfast Bistro. Overall, it was a good experience. I think if they brewed the coffee at a slightly lower temp, the taste would improve.

It's new and clean. Service was excellent. Food and coffee selections are nice. I'm not a fan of hard metal chairs. There was a cushioned area, but the seats were too low for me. I also feel this modern way of building places makes sound carry too much. It was noisy that day and busy with groups. Great for the business. Good parking and near a steak restaurant and juice place.

This is such a beautiful, clean, positive establishment. I get avocado toast at many places, and Native takes the cake. AMAZING! It comes with 2 whole slices (which is rare) AND a cup of fruit! Very good prices, amazing atmosphere. The staff is so welcoming. I have never left a google review before, and Native Coffee + Kitchen was such a pleasant visit that I just had to share!

I think I found my new go-to coffee shop in the DFW area. The coffee is fantastic, the food is great, the staff were all very friendly and did their jobs well, and the owner came around to see how things were going and even stayed to chat a minute. Absolutely an 11/10. If you're reading this review to decide where to go for coffee, you can stop looking. You've found it.

First let me say I'm an extremely picky person when it comes to food. I very rarely love anything i order it's usually just alright. Well I just happened to stop by today because I was in the area and just googled "coffee places near me" And this was the closest non-chain coffee place. I wasn't expecting much because as I said i rarely love anything. Coffees I order are usually 5 or 6 out of 10. This lavender latte was 10/10 when I saw they had food I was like why not try a taco or 2 so I ended up getting a chicken fajita taco and a shrimp taco they were both 10/10 they had SUCH amazing flavor!!! I'm shocked because usually if I do happen to find a 10/10 coffee the food would just be average or vice versa but a place that had 10/10 food 10/10 coffee and 10/10 customer service is UNHEARD OF!!! I got an orange haired girl as my host and she was so kind and sweet and let me tell you customer service is NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE. Kids are rude these days!! But she was so kind she's definitely in the right line of work! I'm so sad that I'm actually moving tomorrow and just found this place :( but I'll be back around Christmas to visit family and can't wait to come here again!!

8/2023 UPDATED REVIEW:

Today we had a moms’ meet up in the meeting room, so fun! Side note if you end up sitting in the meeting room (to the left of the register): the light switch blends in with the wallpaper, but it’s definitely there if you need more light!

I ordered the Avocado Toast plate which was surprisingly the most delicious one I’ve had yet! First Watch’s is pretty good, but Native seasoned theirs perfectly with (what I am assuming) onions/garlic and topped the toast with Everything Bagel seasoning. Normally I don’t like it with just the E.B. Seasoning but it pairs great with how they prepare the actual avocado spread. You can tell it is freshly made without a bunch of preservatives which I LOVE. The Plate was $9.59 and came with a side of fruit (grape, cantaloupe and mandarins -the ones that come from a can, the sweetness of the syrup gave it away even though they did drain it pretty well. You should ask them what kind of mandarins in case you are avoiding added sugar).

To complete my breakfast this morning, a regular-sized Iced Horchata Macchiato with oatmilk! There is a slight up charge for the plant milk ($.45) as with most places.

Wonderful time spent with my friends!

P.S. There is more parking around the backside if the front gets filled up.

ORIGINAL REVIEW 8/2022: Native Coffee is a cute coffee shop that has a kitchen along the backside of the building, if you are looking for food. When I walked inside, the baristas greeted me and immediately took my order at the kiosk. I noticed the lady beside me was having trouble deciding, and yet the barista assisting her so patient! I knew I wanted a macchiato, so I started with that and requested what fall flavors were available. I landed upon a Brown Sugar Cinnamon macchiato, YUM. And for my husband I got a caramel latte. Both tasted amazing!

Initially i decided to try this local coffee shop instead of “the big guys” because I had not tried them before nor ever heard of the name. I live far out from everything so it makes no difference to me if it’s not the closest. If it tastes good, I’ll make the drive. And that was the case for Native, their coffee was delicious and smooth. Exactly what I was wanting for my drive back home!

Definitely recommend giving this shop a go :)

Bright, open, stylish space with GREAT coffee and friendly staff. Great for a pick up on the way to/from work or for a responsibly distanced lunch or meeting. Mask use is great here by patrons when not eating/drinking. :)
