I have one face tear drop tattoo I also have four kids and I’m trying to better my life and removing this small tear drop is a huge step. When I came in I didn’t feel very welcomed and overall it seemed like the lady just didn’t care. They need better communication and friendlier because I did not fell like she was going to really try and remove it. I understand 8 sessions at 100 seems fine but I just didn’t feel like she really wanted to deal with a young black male trying to better his life!

This was.. just an awful experience. Wish I could give zero stars. I had to call them to see if my appointment was still scheduled, for I received no email or text/call conformation. On this call I was asked if I could come in earlier than my scheduled appointment time to which I politely asked why and if my doctor was unable to keep the appointment. I said I would be there as soon as I could get off of work. Upon arrival to my appointment, (I came in early), a finger was put up to me to wait because she was on the phone. I understood then I was handed paperwork quickly and told to, “ hurry up and fill this out quickly, as fast as you can.” To which I asked, “did you just say to hurry up and fill this out?), she said,”yes, so we can get out of her quickly we want to start our weekend.” So at this time, I’m feeling very unwelcomed, and I start to fill out the paperwork. It was a lot of paperwork to, “hurry,” through. It even contained consent forms to which I’ve never been at this business before, why would I sign consent forms before speaking to the doctor? While filling out my forms, there was a dog covered in mud walking around that smelled like wet dog rubbing up against me and the others in the waiting room. I then turn in the forms.. and wait for an hour. An hour. After I was told to hurry. They are only open for an hour after this, so if I even get to speak to my doctor I already know, that we won’t have enough time to perform anything I wanted to today. Every employee as I sat there waiting was only talking about leaving. “I want to leave,” “I’m so ready to leave,” “alright, I’m leaving,” to which all their other employees responses were, “jealous,” and, “me too.” This was a very big waste of time. The front desk receptionist even told a client in the waiting room she, “messed up,” her bill and charged her, “80 instead of $50,” she then yelled out that, “she might be able to fix it but wasn’t sure?” “Wasn’t sure?” .. really? Then when the last patient was in before me, I heard a nurse say, “the last ones in,” like we are just numbers. Then the secretary just came out and left. Left! So now I’m sitting alone in the waiting room. So now I’m thinking, they forgot about me. I felt so unwanted and like I was wasting their time. From the first phone call that I had to make myself to confirm my own appointment I knew this was trouble, but I gave them a chance. There are a lot of better dermatologists in this area that actually do care about you. I only tried this place because it offered a procedure some do not. Very disappointed, the staff did not even want to talk to the other patients they took back just seemed annoyed that they were even there also. I hope this helps someone out. After another 15 minutes I just left. I don’t want to give these people who don’t even want me to be in the waiting room my money. It’s not worth it.
