Bernard and his crew were able to repair an area that had long-term water incursion and rotted wood. They found this while working on the July 4th holiday. Bernard immediately came to inspect it, consult with his foreman and form a satisfactory plan of repair.

Libertas replaced the roof on our house and an outbuilding. The crew arrived on time both days and cleaned up at the end of each day. Bernard was onsite several times to check on the progress and has been in contact after recent rains to ensure there were no leaks.

Painless to set up. Bernard was patient, informative, and and easy to work with. We previously had some "hard sales" from other roofing company bids. Bernard was the first bid that we were not rushed to sign a contract. The work was completed within 8 hours. This was done in high summer temperatures. They even repaired a gutter still under warranty which we kept trying to get repaired from the warranteed company. Our roof looks great. We did not have any doubts during the construction. We will definitely use Libertas for all of our house projects.

We were very happy with our experience with Libertas. After some interactions with overly aggressive roofers, working with Bernard was a breath of fresh air. Bernard is super laid back, all the while being incredibly professional and responsive. We never felt pressured to do anything and he gave us time to make our decisions. He answered all our questions and provided us with a detailed estimate. The installation was incredibly smooth (all done in a day!), and the next day, Bernard personally came to the house to replace some previously damaged trim that we had agreed to as part of the estimate. Bernard and his crew removed two layers of old siding from my house and replaced with Hardie board. New siding and new color – his team also painted my house.

They did an absolutely fabulous job at giving my house a facelift (and resolving issues hiding under the old siding).

Had a really great experience working with Libertas on roof installation, fascia replacement/repair, exterior painting, and gutter installation. From the quote process to the scheduling and all the work throughout (including my nitpicky touch-up requests!), communication was excellent and we were very happy with the results. Would not hesitate to work with Bernard/Libertas in the future.

If I could give Bernard and his crew 10 stars, I would. The work I had done was: completely removing all the old siding, trim, fascia, and soffits, replacing it all with Hardie board, removing a deck and the crumbling canopy over it, painting the whole house, replacing the front storm door and rear patio door, tearing off two layers of shingles and re-roofing the house. Basically giving me a new house. They hauled everything away as part of the contract. There were no hidden costs (disclaimer, replacing the doors was not in the original contract, so I did pay extra for that).

The crews were timely, professional, and fast without being careless. Bernard was very responsive to every request, answering texts, finding the perfect doors for me, and even installing one himself, as well as doing a few odd repairs. He also dismantled the deck, so he's a hands-on guy, which goes a long way to instill confidence.

I've attached before and after photos; the one on the right is before, the one on the left is after. couldn't be happier.

Amidst a rush on building materials and overloaded contractors, Libertas responded and delivered at a fair price. Our project involved window replacement, new roof & gutters, and painting; the results were excellent and really transformed our home. The crews were hard-working and careful. We worked through scheduling hiccups with excellent, honest communication. I highly recommend Libertas.

Libertas was great to work with! They came in with a fair quote, straightforward pricing and were able to stick to the budget. There was some damage to some things on/near our house (window screens, garden, hanging lights, gutters), which could have been avoided by warning us to protect these things before the project. But we should have been proactive too. Update: After notifying Bernard of these issues, he came straight over, checked the damage and replaced/fixed everything. This was definitely above and beyond! We are very happy with the outcome and fair price.

Libertas Roofing did a fantastic job on the metal roof of my house. Bernard was great with communication and the guys at the site were polite and professional.

After a thorough drone inspection of our roof and physical inspection of the attic, Bernard was quick to provide a competitive bid with recommendations and answer all my questions before we signed an agreement. Supplies were delivered to the roof as scheduled on a Friday and on Monday as scheduled the crew arrived on time working until late in the evening, cleaning as they went. They returned early the following day to finish the final bundle of shingles and complete the final clean. My minimal concerns during the process were promptly addressed. All in all, removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof was done in less than a day and a half and the process from start to finish was completely smooth. We are very pleased and happy to recommend Bernard & Libertas.
