Ivan Smith Furniture

Excellent experience. We bought furniture in 2005 when it was Terry's but this was our first visit since. Our sales rep, BJ, was great and delivery was smooth and on time. Highly recommend.

Angel, at the Greenville location was a phenomenal help as we chose new furniture for our home. He was knowledgeable about what was available and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. He was friendly, kind, and professional. We went in for a sofa and left with 6 additional items yet didn’t feel “pressured” to do so. We will definitely return to him for any further purchases and actually recommended him to others who are in the market for new items. The delivery time was on time, courteous and very helpful. An outstanding local business that will definitely have repeat customers.

I’ve had my power loveseat and manual sofa for 3 1/2 days. So far I love them both. My salesman was great, not pushy but thorough in taking care of me. I had back surgery and my power recliner is like sitting on a cloud. I can’t say how long it will hold up, but right now I’m very pleased.

I did an online inquiry and the salesman BJ called and helped me narrow down what I wanted in a mattress. He was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. The delivery guys were prompt and professional. I highly recommend Ivan Smith because the quality is always 10 stars.

BJ in the Greenville showroom was very knowledgeable about their selections, and so helpful in finding the right things that I needed. We had a house fire and needed to replace many things. They held the pieces for us until the house was finished, and BJ called me regularly to check up on whether we were ready for delivery. He was so kind and accommodating when our timeline was extended (multiple times), and did a great job taking care of every aspect of the entire process. We are also very happy with the look and quality of all of the pieces we bought from Ivan Smith. One bed footboard arrived damaged, so they returned it and brought a new one 2 days later and assembled the bed then. We have bought many pieces from Ivan Smith over the years, and would HIGHLY recommend them!

No-pressure sales team, provided info and suggestions, but not pushy, and were always considerate of our budget and preferences. On-time delivery and setup by clean and courteous delivery crew. Very easy and satisfactory buying experience!

We had the pleasure of visiting Ivan Smith Furniture with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. As we pulled in the parking lot, we noticed a few handicapped parking spaces. We were greeted by a young man who was very professional and confident about his ability to assist us. Mr. Holman was also personable, giving us a little insight about him being from Louisiana. We were able to find three (3) complete bedroom sets with mattresses (two fulls and one queen) for approximately $4000. Ivan Smith had a huge selection of furniture and also had some appliances as well. There were no slip or trip hazards as we walked around the store.

I was very happy with the couch I bought 2years ago. That’s why I returned to buy a second couch. The people are very nice and so is the delivery people. I recommend them highly.

The customer service is always above and beyond. I’ve bought all of my furniture at Ivan Smith’s Furniture. Their prices are very competitive against a few others.
These last 2 pieces I just had delivered…the guys were very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

They delivered our sofa on time and put it in the living room with no problem. They were friendly and respectful of property. We would highly recommend.

The salesperson was very helpful. I found the chair I wanted and the ordering process was simple. The chair was delivered on time; the delivery guys were courteous, pleasant, and helpful, carrying the chair into the room I wanted it in and setting it up perfectly. It's comfortable and clearly of quality construction. I'm very happy with my purchase and definitely would shop here again.

I shopped around at other stores before buying from Ivan Smith. The staff was very helpful and polite. Lots of selection. Although the selection was there to try up selling me, my salesman worked on finding me exactly what I came in for. He asked me what I wanted and that is all he showed me. After selecting the furniture I wanted, the price was significantly lower than competitors and the financing option they had me apply for was reasonable too. Will I be returning to this store? Absolutely! Do I recommend this store? Absolutely!

Everyone at Ivan is amazing they let you take your time to look. They don't get upset if you change your mind which I did a few times. They went out of there way to get it financed. We have been shopping here for years the only furniture store to shop. I give them a A+ Love this store.
