Jenny and Mary at this location were extremely helpful and willing to help. I order a cabinet online and my order was ready in less than 30 minutes, and the product was handled with care when picking it up. Great job to the entire staff at this location, I look forward to shopping here more.

The delivery guys worked a miracle delivering my new frig this morning as scheduled. It was not going to fit through space beside my island, but with the three working together, taking extra time on my delivery and a call to the boss, they made it happen! You guys rock! Forever a Home Depot customer. And my sales rep in the Greenville store was so knowledgeable and personable.

If you need it, they probably have it. Friendly, knowledgeable staff can answer your questions and guide you to where what you need can be found. Military? Ask for the discount. They honor military and veterans.

Had what I needed in stock. Ridgid Tool Chest. Had help finding the correct locks and help loading. And the locks for these tool chest are tricky. Online product reviews at the HD website very helpful. Plus had a 10% veterans discount.

I was in a hurry, one of the workers helped me find the plumbing parts I needed to make my repairs at home.

The store supervisor, Christina, went ABOVE and beyond to make sure I was able to get a specific gift in my hands just in time for Christmas. Her customer service skills are phenomenal! In a time where customer service seems nonexistent, this experience was refreshing.

I walked into Home Depot around 8:50pm close to closing time and ask several people (that I did not get names) were the metal spring clamps were cause I was working on a project and cutting it short on time, they all told me what isle but was unable to find and getting frustrated. Then Connie walked by and I ask her if she knew where they were and she stopped what she was doing and took the time to take me straight to them and even took the time to locate more that I desperately needed. Connie is an exceptional employee and goes over and beyond to take care of the customer. Connie is an asset to Home Depot and others should learn from her. Thank you Connie for putting me first.

Easy to locate what I was looking for, staff was readily there asking if we needed help. Store was crowded with customers, which I didn't see at Lowes. But the prices at Home Depot were WAY less expensive for what I was purchasing, so that makes sense.

Let me start off by saying that I have not been to Home Depot in years. It was never a good experience. Well, this time was different. I found someone in plumbing who knew his stuff. He was a huge help and made sure I had everything I needed. I might go back.
