Absolute Pest Management

We've been using Absolute Pest for more than 15 years now. I so appreciate the communication, response times, and flexibility of the company to work with our schedule if we ever need to change our service times. I appreciate the help and kind of the folks in the office when I call. Our tech, Nate is super dependable, calls when he's on his way and when he's done if he's doing just exterior and we are not home. Very polite and professional as well. Would highly recommend this company - especially in these times when Customer Service is a HIGHLY VALUED thing to me. They have earned their 5 stars.

I highly recommend Absolute Pest Management. I started using them years ago and haven’t had a problem since. They always arrive on time and are always very professional. The last guy who came even wore foot coverings when entering my home. He was very detail oriented. I like that!

We had some squirrels in the attic after getting our roof redone. APM came our the day I contacted them and got us fixed up. Felix did an amazing job sealing up our roof joists. He was very professional and communicated well on all follow ups as well to ensure all the pests were gone. APM is the best! A+

They just couldn't take care of my bug problem. I have a severe phobia of roaches, and even the occasional vagrant can cause me to want to leave the house. When I started noticing several over the span of a couple weeks, I was ready to move.

Absolute gave me both my home and my sanity back. I could not recommend them or my technician, Shawn, highly enough. Respectful, courteous, and most important: effective.

Shawn reviewed my previous pest service's product list and was able to note the problem, as well as do a careful inspection of my home inside and out. He found the problem: I had an improperly sealed plumping access that allowed bugs to walk in from the outside, and the previous company's baits and treatments aren't as effective in our summers.

Shawn always goes above and beyond in answering my questions and double checking _everything._ Believe me when I say I am the annoying customer, and please believe me that Shawn and absolute exceed expectations every time. Also: no more roaches. None. It is such a joy to be able to move through my home with a sense of ease and comfort again. I recommend them to absolutely everyone I know.

I’ve been working with Nate from Absolute Pest Management for over a year now and very satisfied with the service.

Associate was concerned with pest issue and made recommendations prior to treatment for best results. Other companies were wanting to start treatment immediately with no concerned that home repairs had to be made before treatment to avoid a reoccurring issue.
I appreciated his honesty and will be using absolute pest once repairs are made.

Brad was awesome and brilliant. he came out SUPER quickly to come check out what was going on with my new racoom roomate in the attic. he searched THOROUGHLY through an attic with diffcult (read no door) entry, quickly diagnosed the issue, what needs to be done to solve it, and got me a quote. i haven't acted on it, yet, but that's only because my schedule has been off the rails! i've got some motion detector noises in the meantime to keep my "roommate' out until Absolute comes out to solve my issues.

Absolute's staff have been the most reliable, professional, and knowledgeable that I've worked with yet. The services provided are always conducted efficiently and the inspectors and technicians provide thorough explanations of what the issues are, how to resolve them and what to expect moving forward. I highly recommend them for any areas heavily wooded or with attic spaces.
The office staff will also follow up if a resident denies service to ensure that a rescheduling takes place.

Very Effective!
They've been coming by for almost a year with easy-to-book quarterly appointments. At the beginning, since I had just moved in to a new house, it required a few reservice appointments. They quickly added me to the schedule and didn't give me any hassle about coming back. Everyone has been friendly and professional.
