My experience at Walgreens Slaughter and Congress ave in Austin far exceeded my expectations. Dominga deserves highest praise for assisting me with a party banner for a 100 year olds birthday party. The kiosk was difficult with the format as was the online order. She carefully and kindly assisted until the job was completed. She never lost focus or her customer service with us or others in the store. She’s the reason we will be back. Thank You!

Amazing staff at the pharmacy, friendly, polite, and prompt. My favorite Walgreens pharmacy location in south Austin! I appreciate how clean this location is too, compared to others.

The staff there today was perfect. I was looking for something near the medicine, and a male associate was walking by and asked if I needed help finding something. That means a lot to me. When I checked out, the cashier was an older woman, and she was just the absolute sweetest person. She made a comment to me that was just so very supportive and had nothing to do with Walgreens, but on a persona supportive level. Very happy. Thank you for employing great people and I hope Walgreens treats them well.

I transferred to this pharmacy in June 2021 and have had nothing but positive experiences here. This is the nicest and most patient pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. All of the pharmacy techs have been extremely helpful when I've run into issues with insurance/transfer of prescriptions and they always make me feel heard when I have a question. 10/10 recommend this Walgreens location.

Was a life-long CVS customer. Not any more! They were rude and inefficient . Had my script transferred to Walgreens. The pharmacist Chris was extremely nice, helpful and communicated well. Cashier at the front was also very nice. From now on, I’ll only use this Walgreens for all my pharmacy needs. Thank you for your wonderful service !

While one of the girls from the pharmacy was in a rush to take her lunch and close the pharmacy at 1:27 after I told her my meds were a express pickup (which means I paid for them in advance) NANCY when out of her way to get me taken care of! In my entire experience over several decades and multiple commmunities, Chris and all the pharmacists and support staff are the most helpful, personable and engaging professionals my wife and I have ever encountered. Who and how this chemistry was created and managed should serve as a model for each and every other Walgreens. I think it must have to do with hiring the right people and creating the right environment. No matter how incredibly busy they are, they consistently greet you with personal attention, a friendly smile and a complete focus on your individual needs. Truly superior.

Love this Walgreen's they are always so nice and helpful. Jenny and Chris are the pharmacists that always help me with my meds. I will drive the extra few miles to use this one for all of my scripts

So i went today to get some paper towel because they have a good deal buy 1 and get 50% the other one. plus i have coupon with me, so i was very happy because it lower my totals and just wanna let know the management that Kelsey is very helpful and friendly. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Needed some medicine and looked everywhere for medication! I was able to go to this walgreens and they had the child cough syrup here.

I came in thinking I needed a new cell phone cord. My mom was dying, I was here from out of state, and it turned out to be a bigger problem than the cord. Sofia went out of her way to help me, giving me suggestions on what to do next and basically doing my thinking for me because I was so panicked. Thank you so much!

Never had any issues with my prescriptions. They're always nice and friendly and the waiting is never too long.

Marcus was very helpful in the photo department. I though my photo was a little yellow so he adjusted the color and reprinted it for me.
