What an absolutely FANTASTIC experience.

I was greeted immediately by a very pleasant employee, guided on the Amazon package return process step by step, and finally shown how to use the computer to print some documents.

Customer service like that is nearly non-existent these days.

I am absolutely blown away by this location. It’s clean, spacious, organized, and of course, staffed by some very friendly and helpful folks.

10/10 to the store owner. You’re doing it right.

Such a fast team ally I think is the name of the person that were helping in the Amazon returns section. She was super polite and extremely helpful, also she was working diligently. It’s nice to see employees like her.

Shipped 2 packages here on the day before Thanksgiving and was pleasantly surprised. The line moved so swiftly it was almost nonexistent. Everyone there was helpful, but especially Jessica! She was so kind, knowledgeable, calm, great at explaining things, and patient. She was also really efficient, and she managed to help like 5 other customers during the idle times of helping me (label printing etc). Wish I could recruit her for the place where I work - her multitasking and communication skills are next level, and she’s clearly awesome at her job. Thanks for your help today, and happy holidays! Based on today’s experience, I will definitely come back.

Came here a couple times in December and both times I had an encounter with Jessica. Did a shipment with her and she made it very easy and guaranteed. The second time I came in, the line was long and she was kind enough to assure everyone that we all will be attended to,asking everyone in line to be patient and what is it that they needed help with.She was very professional and patient even when the crowd was not. Was a very pleasant experience every time i went in the store, will definitely be coming back here.

Emily and the manager were so helpful and nice when I dropped of my Amazon returns I needed help with a package.

This is always the most organized and clean UPS store I frequent. Keisha, Jessica and their team are friendly, kind, and helpful. The Amazon return section is always clean and stocked with supplies to complete self returns. Thank you ladies!

In a time when genuinely friendly customer service is a rarity, this UPS location stands out! I have used them several times for document notarization and shipping, and have had a great experience each time. The staff, Keisha in particular, are all warm, knowledgeable about UPS services and products, and efficient when completing transactions. Can't recommend this location highly enough!

Amazing customer service from Jessica, she is so sweet and such an angel! I went in to get help for printing a label and purchasing a shipping box along with getting it sent and the process was easy and quick. I would definitely come back to this location again (:

This store has always been so quick and convenient to drop Amazon returns off at! Also everyone is super nice, especially Ryan! I was 9 months pregnant the last time I was there and he was so helpful and kind!

Love love love this location never thought I’d be so pleased with an ups store but these employees working give a Wow factor!!! They are super helpful. I absolutely loved working with Keisha - she was most helpful and patient with me. Thank you again for such amazing staff. They are top notch.

I walked into my neighborhood UPS store 30 minutes til closing on a Sunday and was greeted with a smile by Jessica Ellis. She took me thru all the steps needed to send back four items and was extra helpful and polite. She really went the extra mile for me as well as other customers that walked in the door. She deserves these five stars!!

Hands down best UPS store I’ve ever visited. Have dropped off hundreds of packages here and every time I’m met with a friendly face eager to help anyway they can. If it’s ever busy, every team member is looking to assist where they can. I go out of my way if I need to go to this UPS specifically.

Great customer services and package was shipped and received with ease no issues. The greeter was extremely polite and helpful and Jessica at the location was stellar and very polite. Store was very neat and easy to navigate.

This location is pretty dependable and efficient, but today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jessica! She is knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to make sure everyone in the store had what they needed. Every UPS needs a Jessica!

ANDREA was the person in this store who attended to us in a very friendly and warm way where my wife and I felt very good. Because there are really very few people who have that human quality. Thank you ANDREA

i came here the other day to return some items and was immediately greeted by Gabriella with a smile and welcoming face! she was super nice and kind! very patient and helpful as well! she helped get the job done super quick and made it look so easy! thanks again!

Despite how busy this store was during the holidays, the service was excellent from the all the young employees at the counter to the top manager, who personally stepped in multiple times to solve customer’s problems. Thank you UPS for having such a wonderful and hardworking group. 🙏🙏

Update: Another pleasant experience! I used the Amazon return kiosk and was promptly helped by several associates. They were patient in explaining the process and helped me complete a lengthy transaction. The associate, Els, went above and beyond. I’m very grateful that we have a friendly UPS store in our neighborhood. 😊

Went in 30 minutes before closing the weekend before Christmas, so there was a line out the door and I only saw 2 workers and they were both very calm and respectful, doing their best to help everyone quickly. This will definitely be my go-to UPS store from now on.

This location can get pretty busy, however, they have a clear system in place that gets customers in and out quickly. All employees I’ve interacted with have been friendly and helpful, especially Keisha!
