Jarell was amazing. We had a few personal challenges replacing my senior Dad’s phone and he calmly guided us through the process. He was pleasant, funny and quick, going above and beyond in several ways to improve Dad’s quality of life.

Hands down, best phone experience in my life. I don't write reviews, but Jarrell and Keith just changed my opinion (in a good way) about buying a phone and Tmobile. They were easy going, friendly, helpful, gave us options and we were in and out in about 40 minutes. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these two young men. I will now only go to this location.

He transferred my phone number from a previous provider and helped me find the best service plan to meet my needs. I highly recommend this T-Mobile store and will definitely use in the future. My wife and I came to this branch in a pretty desperate attempt to solve something that had dragged on for months without resolution. And amazingly, almost unbelievably to us, Jacob at this branch resolved it for us in about a half hour, and Joseph let our toddler draw with some pens and post-it notes to get us through that half hour without a meltdown.

Background: my wife has been trying to join Verizon for months, but T Mobile wouldn't unlock her phone, despite repeated promises to do so. We'd been told repeatedly that the phone would be unlocked "as soon as you go to the store" (from phone support), or "as soon as you call back support" (from another store, after 2.5 wasted hours in-store), or "in 72 hours" (from phone support again) or "after another 48 hours" (from phone support again). It never ever happened. Hard to convey how much time we spent unsuccessfully getting T Mobile to actually unlock a fully paid off phone after a former customer had already left T Mobile. Ridiculous.

Anyway the happy ending to this story is that, after my wife had the bright idea to search for the highest-rated T Mobile branch in the area, we showed up to this store, and Jacob and Joseph got it done in under a half hour, and even a rather pleasant half hour at that. We highly recommend this branch, and Jacob and Joseph there specifically!

Amazing customer service! Stopped in to check out the latest technology, Damian and Cynthia were eager to help. Bought some airpods for a Christmas present, Cynthia went out of her way to gift wrap it, super! Thank you for going above and beyond. Excellent advice, service, and professionalism.

I was having so many problems with the customer service trying to get a refund back to my account. (No longer a customer). I was required to go into a store. Even though I was no longer a customer Dez and Joseph provided such awesome help in making sure I was helped. Called and assisted with their own difficult customer care team and helped me to get it resolved. I would give more stars. Made me feel welcomed and understood my frustration. Great team!

The guys here went above and beyond to try and help me out, Eli is the GOAT, Joseph was knowledgeable, and donny was hilarious. If customer service failed you on the phone while you're at the store, then these guys will try their best to make sure something gets resolved before you leave, recommend this location

Fantastic experience!! Sprint customer of nearly 10 years, and was expecting the transition to T-Mobile to be a rough one, especially after losing my phone to Barton springs. However, everyone at this store has been amazing help. I can’t thank them enough for taking their time to try and help me get a replacement phone ASAP! Plus I received bandanas for my animals and some travel hand sanitizers. Thank you again for being so accommodating and helpful. I appreciate y’all so much!!
