I called them and it was one of the best calls I ever made! I saved over $2000 a year by switching from my current insurance company for my car and home. The staff was wonderful and very understanding of what I wanted and needed in an insurance company. They made it fast and easy. Anything that I asked or needed was answered and taken care of. I give them 5 STARS! I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO JADE! She was my 1st contact and got me over to greener grass..giggles. I also want to thank Dennis and Thomas. I've called a few times in just a few days and they were just as great as Jade over the phone and listening to my concerns and needs. Top notch customer service and wonderful personalities. I highly recommend anyone who has their insurance company raise their rates on you for no real good reason to give this company a call.

Molly was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. She took the time to thoroughly understand my inquiry and concerns before providing a response to me. I was provided a recommendation by a colleague to talk to Jade Atherton, as I was not pleased with the service and costs I had with Farmers Insurance (who I’ve been insured with for last 10+ years). Jeff Brach was AMAZING. Insurance Can be such a confusing convoluted process. We had signed up through the Allstate app, but speaking in person to Jeff. He was able to get us several more discounts and fixed our policy so that it made the most sense for us. Yay! Good customer service is hard to find and Jeff was amazing.

The customer service I got on my recent call was amazing. I spoke to Conner McCarely this time around and he was the most helpful and understanding person I’ve ever spoken to at this company. I’ve spoken to other people and they didn’t want to help me out at all and couldn’t seem to care less or understand but he was the complete opposite. He helped me out as much as he possibly could and understood everything even from the consumers point of view. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but him, he deserves the best, any company would be lucky to have him. People like him are the reason you get to retain your clients.
