The manager (Bob) was extremely rude to me over a 24oz refill in my jug , i had just filled with ice and started to fill with coke and he rudely stopped me and said they do not sell refills unless its in one of there styrofoam cups then made me pay 1.63 for the ice that i had gotten , i paid it then went to my truck and paused for around 3 minuts before i decided to go back in and tell him just how rude he was .I stopped for gas but after his rudeness decided to go else where. If you had a place for zero stars it would have been checked.
I am a 58 year old business owner in construction and trust me I've never been treated like this from anyone .

Very Rude cashier , her name starts with L..
I bought gas and some scratch off. I asked her if she could check it for me .. she was like machine is there u can do it that's what that machine is for .. I then asked her can you just pls check.. she was standing and I M BUSY.. I looked at and said busy doing what ?? No one is in the line .. she was like u can check there

Gas pumps are trash can’t put in shell rewards when it asks you the first time. And I let them know last week.

Sold products that dont work. They know they dont work and wont provide refunds even when you test on premises as they request. Never do business with these people.

Drove out of my way to go to this shell station, but they closed well before their posted closing time of 11pm. The few times I have been there it seemed poorly maintained. I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

Pumps are SLOW and have been for years. Always more expensive then the Chevron across the street. Just go to the Chevron And save some time and money!

I stop in here on my way to work from time to time and today I stopped in and picked up some snacks... well both my snacks expired in JUNE!!!!! That’s so gross.
