Dunkin'

I was honestly a bit hesitant, because when I went to find the closest Dunkin to me and saw that this location had 1.5⭐, I figured it wouldn’t be a great experience. Boy was I wrong! I ordered ahead as usual (8:15 AM on a Sunday) and it was actually ready when I arrived, no wait (minus waiting behind one car in the drive thru). My coffee was absolutely perfect, well stirred (and using my rewards made it free—even my extra additions!—which probably made it taste that much better lol)! I got the brownie batter donut, which I look forward to getting every year, the filling was throughout pretty much the entire donut. Sometimes when I get filled donuts, there are parts that don’t get filling to it, so this was great. Brownie batter in every bite. 5 star experience for sure!

After enjoying our dinner & drink choices, my husband & I drove about three hours before I realized that I had left my pocketbook on the back of my chair at the Dunkin Donut Store at 1405 Earl L Core Road in Morgantown, WV! When I contacted James who is the Manager, he said that he had my pocketbook & he would mail it to my home. In approximately two days, I had my pocketbook in hand with my driver’s license, medical & credit cards intact. I can’t begin to thank James enough for responding so quickly & efficiently to my request. James’ customer service is outstanding! Thank you, Sandi Ulrich

This is a great place to grab a donut ND coffee. Wish they had some of these in WASHINGTON.

Props to this location and making things good with the order I placed on the mobile app. Lot of locations are out and it does not reflect that on the app. The crew there today made it right by letting me choose an alternative any way I wanted to customize it for the mix up ( not the crews fault, the app doesn't keep track of locations if they're out of a particular drink). Very nice polite and patient. Keep up the good work! ( My first time coming to this location, and cause of how they took care of things, I'll be a regular of this location now on :-)

I always enjoy coming to this location. They've always been kind and quick. Today Sabra (Sorry if I misspelled) was over the top nice and helpful. After dropping my drink on me she helped me clean up through the drive through window, got me towels, and even topped off my drink so it would be full again. She was so kind about it! Thank you for helping me start my morning a little better.

Stopped by for coffee and a box of Munchkins that I ordered on the Dunkin app just after 6am and the order was ready and exactly correct. Perfect fuel for a 5 hour drive.

This place is known for their crab cakes and does not disappoint. They have virtually no filler in them and are fantastic. Right on the water and in the summertime you can eat out on the porch and overlook the water.

I am a regular here and I always seem to come when Alizabeth is here. She is so sweet and really makes my Dunkin experience one of a kind!! I was absolutely devastated when she told me she won’t be here for much longer!!! They will return be losing a good one! 😢

Came in after noon to get some donuts and drinks with my mother and grandmother. Dion was very polite and patient with our order. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered. The donuts were delicious and the service was WONDERFUL. Keep up the great work!

The app works great and as soon as you get to the speaker and tell them your name and it is a on the go order, they have it ready and it is already paid for. Great service and very professional team at this location. Always thank me for my service and actually mean it. Need more teams like this in all locations.

I often crave the one and only Dunkin' Blueberry Coffee! Since the closest store is an hour from home, I take the opportunity to visit this location after seeing family. The coffee is always piping hot and flavorful. I also appreciate the cheerful staff, who actually listen to my request of "no room" in the cup, so I get more of my fave coffee!

I would like to say we have been in town for 2 days and everyone in wv is arrogant and mean but when we walked into this Dunkin donuts it was like a breath of fresh air. The gentleman who helped us was at the front register training a young lady I even told him I had a complicated order was so nice and friendly. I even told him he was the nicest person we met here in 2 days. I wish I would have got his name and I wanted to give him a hug!! Thank you dunkin donuts for hiring someone like him to make us feel welcome. He has wonderful customer service. I myself being in customer service and this is how ppl should treat ppl......

Love the stuff always get it when doing laundry bc our washer is broken but America literally runs on dunkin

A first stop every work day. The drive thru line is sometimes long, but the wait is always minimal. I cannot speak for the fancy drinks, but Dunkin Original coffee (hot/iced) is great.

Very quick service, great coffee, and less expensive than most for breakfast sandwiches and doughnuts. Always OPEN! Always fresh, Always fast, Always getting it right. A plethora of options from sweets to good eats. Enjoy to the fullest amigos!

I always get the large handsome nut ice coffee with extra cream and extra sugar and a shot of expresso and it's 3.95 that's a sweet price and it always just what I need to get my day going

Great little shop right off the highway. Feels welcoming.
