The company did a really good job helping us with selecting the right sized unit for our needs. They explained the whole process very thoroughly (billing, security, rules, etc.). The facility is in the perfect location for us, is very clean and secure. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for storage needs.

Very clean/nice facility. The check in process with Anjee was 5 star service, she was incredibly friendly and helpful showing us where our unit was, helping us get the correct lock, and giving us enough information that we didn't even need to ask any questions. I definitely recommend this location.

Cresta Bella is amazing: it's new, beautiful and the manager is exceptionally helpful and genuinely thoughtful. Eric wants you to have a good experience, and you can tell he loves the place (he's always sweeping) and his work. I had a wonderful experience. Not only was the unit exactly what I wanted, climate control with NO pests, the locks are easy to manage, and Eric always was willing to assist me loading. Cresta Bella is also very green and has won awards, which I like. Highly recommended without reservation!

I highly recommend this storage facility. Prices are fair, facility is clean and secure, and the customer service is amazing. After a mishap with the place I originally booked with, the manager Eric actually met me after closing early on New Year’s Eve, so that I would have somewhere to put my two trucks of stuff! If you are looking for a great storage facility with great customer service, this is the place!

I would highly recommend Stor Self Storage - Cresta Bella. The setup process was extremely easy and convenient. I always felt extremely safe when accessing my storage unit. The air conditioned environment also made it very comfortable when I needed to look around in my storage unit. The staff are very professional and very accommodating. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Stor Self Storage - Cresta Bella to any family or friends.
