Pac 5 Furniture

The store was very clean and had a great inventory available. The staff was very helpful and friendly in finding just was we were looking for! The prices are great for the great quality products they have.

My husband and I had a great experience at Pac 5! They have a great selection of furniture at fair prices compared to most furniture stores in Morgantown. Also Kinley made our experience even better, she went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed, she was so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Pac 5, and will buy any furniture we need there in the future.

I needed a small desk or table that wasn't too expensive. I knew they would probably have what I needed. I was not disappointed, they had several that were perfect. Right size, right price! Smooth transaction, great people to work with!

Nice furniture at a good price. The delivery fee is also very reasonable compared to other stores in the area. The sales people are helpful but not super pushy and don't follow you around the store. I will definitely buy from them again for my furniture needs.

Great place!! Displays had more of the styles we were looking for and they had a wonderful selection! We bought a comfortable oversized recliner and an oversized loveseat with a huge matching ottoman. Prices were reasonable. Sales people were fabulous!!! Thanks for the nice looking furniture!!

I can’t say enough FANTASTIC things about Pac5! Christine was awesome in answering all our questions and allowing us to take a few days to decide on the absolute perfect couch/loveseat! And the delivery team??? OUTSTANDING and so meticulous and professional! They were very thorough and explained everything about the new couches! They even delivered from Morgantown to Washington! If you aren’t shopping at Pac5, you are missing out!!!

I was shopping for a new couch. I found the couch I wanted at Pac5, but due to the price decided to keep shopping. I went to another place and the service was horrible. We went back to PAC5 and I got the couch I fell in love with. The price was a little high BUT the service person Dustin was so wonderful. He was knowledgeable about the piece we bought. He educated us on warranty options and delivery. He let us take our time to make such a big decision. AND unlike the other store, he addressed my questions (that’s important because I’m a female and ran into a competitor company sales person who ignored my questions but answered my boyfriend’s). Dustin also did not make me feel like I was being taken advantage of nor just out to make a sale! Good job! I’ll definitely go back to checkout options for my other furniture needs.

We're still deciding on living room furniture, but this store had the best prices for the quality by far. There is a delivery fee to our house a few counties away. Nice selection too.

Prices were reasonable and financing options were a definite plus. Our salesperson, Tara was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. She continued to provide information I requested after the sale, always in a cheerful manner. The delivery guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and took care moving pieces into and around the house. They were courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend this company.
