BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went into Lowes completely indecisive about which refrigerator to buy- Chris. B made the decision super easy. He spent a lot of time with me comparing refrigerators, what I wanted/did not want, went over all the features and what would fit best in the kitchen. I am so happy with our purchase and honestly I couldn’t have done it without the help of Chris. Super nice guy and knew the products very well! If you’re needing a refrigerator ask for Chris. B!! You will not be disappointed! Also-the delivery guys were super nice, very quick at installing, and cleaned up their mess!

It is amazing how large this store is! Very convenient location, near the mall. I had great customer service the last time I visited.

They are always helpful the workers knows the answers to the questions I have. Lots of air conditioners to pick from. Good thing at this time of yr.

We wanted to thank BEN last night (40 minutes before closing on 12 August 2023) for his help in a new dryer cord (so we don't burn down the house! 😄) & a few other items we needed & he helped us find. We're new to the area & we tried finding the items on Lowes website but the items aren't always listed where Lowes has them in the aisle....🙄🤔🤨 Thank you, Ben! You're an A+ employee! You went above & beyond your job. Your good attitude & sense of humor is appreciated.

Customer service with all associates in the store are really nice much improved since the last time I was there

Was able to find everything I needed,and then some. I'm glad they put in the self checkout didn't have to stand in line.

I appreciate Lowe’s at Morgantown Mall Road. Never fails to have exactly what I’m looking for Otis in the garden department has been really helpful and helping me set up a fish pond in my backyard. I so appreciate him being so helpful. Thank you Lowe’s and thank you Otis.

I always have positive experiences at this Lowes. I would especially like to recognize Garret and Gabe for all their assistance yesterday. From finding the product we needed to helping us load it into our vehicle, they were positive, professional and friendly. If management receives these reviews, I hope you will recognize their excellent customer service.😊

I went there and got the stuff to redo our bathroom floor i waited half an hour just to get someone to come back and cut my flooring then I have been trying to find a yellow rose bush for almost 4 years and as soon as i walked into lowes they had yellow roses so that was so worth the 30 minute wait i was a happy woman when I walked out with my roses

This is my favorite Lowe's in Morgantown. Customer service is always very helpful. There are always great deals and percentages off items (and it doesn't have to be Christmas time). Mike helped us out with a faulty tree we had and made sure the transaction went smooth.

I bought Micky and Mini in the sled ,porch decoration and Micky and Mini sign !!
I kept going back over and over just looking at all the awsome decorations !!!
I never got tired of looking at them !!!
I walked around the store and so much to look at !!!

I got the best help at Lowe's . Thay was out of lights,all but the display.

Went to this store and had a great shopping experience. Immediately upon walking through the door, the staff were eager to help and were very knowledgeable about what they were talking about. We were helped by Mychal who was friendly and walked right up to us and asked if we needed help. Even after we got what we came to get he still asked if we needed further assistance (which it turned out we did), and continued to help us for more than 40 minutes. Overall it was a great experience, and if Mychal is available, he will make the experience even better.

It was 95 degrees out so naturally we had a problem with the pool, the back wash valve was leaking so bad it wouldn’t run , so I went in search of parts, after not getting any help at two different so called discount home stores I went to Lowes in Westover where I was lucky enough to meet someone named Rich(I think) he looked at the old part said they didn’t have that exact part but he could make one. He gathered parts in the plumbing section and recreated one that worked perfectly saving me both money and time. Next time it will be Lowes to start with, the service out ways the price any day the valve was $1 more. Thanks for the help.

The gentleman that works in the paint department, Cliff, is and has been the most helpful employee at Lowe's I've ever met. My family and I are grateful for his knowledge of paints and the suggestions he made will be ever lasting! I highly recommend this store! Thank you again Cliff!
