I just got a call from the district manager in my area and he was really nice to speak with. I explained to him why I was a little upset when I left this review. He was understanding and offered to rectify the situation. I also let him know about another issue I was having and he assured me he would have that taken care of for me. I am extremely happy with my new products and the people that delivered them for me! Thank you rent a center for reaching out!

Online said delivered within 2-3 days. But turns out I have to wait a week and one day which means the whole free week special is a scam because I don’t have to pay and I won’t get the furniture until the day that it’s due which is ridiculous. Had I known that was going to be the case I just would’ve went with Aaron’s bc they have the same wait time
