East Hill Medical Clinic

So happy to find a clinic so close to my place to undergo the medical exam. It was so much reasonable, professional, and very easy to schedule an appointment with them. The front desk receptionist Oksana was super awesome, friendly and welcoming. Oksana was very helpful and informative about pricing/options. Would definitely come back here again, because of that pleasant experience I had!

I have been going there for a few years. I am under the care of Dr. Caratao. What I really appreciate about him is that he is patient and
I never feel rushed at my appointments. The clinic is super clean and orderly and the staff are quite efficient. I would recommend them to my best friends.

I do have to agree with that the hours are not the best, HOWEVER....a nurse named Irina came in to take care of me on a day that they were suppose to be closed.

I really appreciated that she took the time to make sure my needs were taken care of.

Now that is what I call GREAT customer service.

Oksana is so kind and helpful, and so quick and helpful. I came in for a check-up and blood analysis and everything went very smoothly and well. Great clinic, awesome nurse!

Father and daughter have great bedside manner. I took my mom in today and they were very patient with her.

The receptionists and doctors were very helpful, efficient and quick with my appointments! They answer any questions I have and have great communication skills!

Please save your time, sanity and money and find a different place. The customer service is terrible and today was my last experience with them. My own doctor finally broke her act and showed me that this whole place is plagued with the same attitude. You call and they make you feel like you are doing them a favor. One simple blood test to get hair loss prevention medication has cost me 4 separate trips at various times, a referral to a specialist which lasted 2 minutes on a zoom call because the doctor looked the same blood reports and told me exactly what I was telling my doctor (300$ by the way) Then I finally come back to get my prescription and it’s still not what I asked for. Just please take it from someone who has been coming to this place since I was a toddler. It’s not worth it.

Poor communication and poor service by the doctors. I have not seen my doctor in 2 years, because everytime I make an appointment to see my doctor, I arrive for my appointment and have to see a different doctor with no explanation. This level of care is not acceptable. They also refused to refill a medication for me with no explanation, so they are not truly looking out for their patients well being.

The front desk ladies are very rude. You try to ask any questions besides making an appointment and they just don’t understand due to the language barrier. Which is not a big issue but when you add a serious attitude problem to someone who is supposed to be friendly it gets ridiculous. Second i’ve been charged co-pay at random visits by these desk ladies. Shouldn’t I be charged every time? it’s almost like they hustled me out of 5 bucks suddenly. This is likely my last time coming here please spare yourself the time and energy and google any other clinic that will take your insurance. they are 2.5 stars for a reason.

Medical assistant is so rude. Basically told her that I don’t want to weigh myself. She gave me big attitude and doctor came in with big attitude as well. These people definitely need to learn how to give good patient care. Avoid this clinic if you can.

The female doctor was really nice, but the receptionists were all extremely rude. While trying to schedule a follow-up appointment one of the receptionist stopped helping me, leaned over to another receptionist, spoke in a different language to each other while laughing and the second receptionist started helping me find a time that worked. I don't know if I was taking too long to choose a time, but I thought it was rude to interrupt me to laugh at me with another coworker. When I came in for my follow-up appointment I went to the front desk to check in and was not looked at, the woman never looked up from her screen and I was not greeted. I was only told to go sit down. Totally unprofessional staff. I will not be coming back. I wish the doctor would hire new people.

I will never go back there again. I honestly believe they were racist, they treated everyone else nice and kindly but I honestly feel they made me feel as unwelcome as anyone one possible could. I was left leaning on my cane while both receptionist ignored my existence when they finally decided to agnoledge me they asked for my insurance which I called ahead just to confirm they took it and the receptionist Rudley and loudly said IS This it! Do you have any other insurance? How she said it almost left me in tears. The next thing they did got me as well. Almost every room was open but yet they took me to the kids room to wait. Not cool. I new I wasn't welcome there at all and the doctor had the same warm welcome I got from the rest of them. If your white I don't recommend going there........

Worst customer service ever!! The lady that sits on the left hand side( if you're facing her) is the rudest and unprofessional CS ever!! Avoid this place at all cost , don't waste your money on this GARBAGE place. She has an attitude of an psycho !! I can't believe this place is still operating with their garbage attitudes!! I agree with all the comments here, they're racist !!! Avoid this trash place if you could.

They are always closed.Receptionists are rude and unprofessional.Every time you call to set up appointment they are closed.Their time is 9am-5pm. Monday to Friday.most of time they close clinic before 1pm.They are always in rush to go home.Better you guys close clinic permanently and sit at home.One star is more than you guys deserve
