Very helpful staff. Felt like I had a personal shopper to help find all my items. Great sale prices.

I was at Big 5 Sporting Goods last week to buy a replacement sports bag. I've bought my last 5 or so bags at this location among other items. I'm always pleased with their service and their employee's enthusiasm and knowledge. Their products have always given me good service and a long life.

The people in here were nice and they had what I needed

Good deals. Friendly staff. Great clearance rack. Ammo at a reasonable price. Pretty good long gun selection.

However I found some of goods slightly pricey but I was also able to get a very nice boots for an amazing deal!

Pretty good deals on stuff (sales). Staff for the most part was kind and helpful, manager was really cool(wish I remembered her name), i was there to buy a couple of knives and she gave us a really really good discount because we had to wait a little bit to be helped; and the one my Girl wanted was the last one and on display (so there was no box).

Needed gear for my son, wrestling season. A man came and asked if we needed help and was able to instantly give direction on what we needed and what was best. Thank you!

Big 5 is my go to sporting goods store. Very friendly staff, vast quality inventory, and good prices. I prefer the smaller footprint even though their selection is competitive?

Went to theater that had recliners and Dolby sound system....absolutely wonderful! Very clean, bathrooms spotless...
Bought tickets on line assigned seating...perfect

It was to my understanding that Big 5 was on its way out due to the stiff competition out there. But, if I continue to receive and they continue to give customer service at this level.... They're going to be around awhile!! Decathlon is the new kid on the block, but Big 5 just needs to pick up the game a little and they will be back on top. Love my boots!

Thay are very helpful when I need to take my Great Grandkids there for things they need for their school activities in sports.
And their sales on shoes are very very good with boys growing so fast , I go there almost every week. With 4 teen boys I am glad it isn't far.

Great knoledgable employees! Helped me get my new shoes in a timely manner, so I could get back to work and have the right shoe for the job! And NOT "destroy" my Cole Haans at a job that may have started on it's natural course already.

The guy was helpful and took his time looking for what i wanted. I didn't feel rushed or forced to take the first thing i saw.
They are always well stocked and great sales.

This sporting goods store is really a sporting goods store. They have everything sports. If you need it come here. They also have low price and high price products. I recommend the work boots from here and they're really what they're supposed to be, work boots. You can't not have fun just looking around.

It's a good place they got really fun employees except I think they need to start cleaning because the items in the store was all dusty but other than that everything's fine.
