Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsboro

These guys make it so easy! Then with the new app, we could go straight to our room without having to stop at the front desk for keys. The room was clean, comfortable, and staff was friendly. And they have parking for boats, with electrical hookups to charge batteries overnight. We stay here fairly often because we really enjoy this hotel over some of the others in the area. I would highly recommend

Front desk gal was so great and friendly. Made us feel like we were with family. Hotel was really nice and clean and bed was comfy. There is a nice Mexican food place close by. Easy to get to.

We needed a place to stay for a family event and the Hampton Inn was in the perfect location for us! The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the pool was a perfect place to relax and cool off from the heat of the day! An all around great experience!

No complaints about this room. Front desk was friendly. We were greeted with a Hilton Honors goodie bag. The front desk made sure that the room was a good fit for us and our needs. The room was clean, spacious, and QUIET!!! We slept so well here.

Breakfast Tina let my grandson in the treasure box and every morning he would ask are we ready to eat. She made our trip worth every penny. Maid service was nice and helped when I needed it. Front desk was kinda rude at first but then changed whole demeanor.

This stop was amazing. Our room was clean, great beds and pillows. The wifi was great, the cookies offered are a nice touch too. The customer service we received was top notch. Our family was very pleased with our 1 night stay. Also make sure you take advantage of their free breakfast. It was delicious.

My friend is staying there and it is absolutely beautiful!! Her house keeper Bryee done an amazing job on the room and my friend absolutely adores her. Says Bryee is very sweet and makes sure she has everything she needs and wants. It's very hard to find a good hotel anymore. Becky says it's been a great stay. Thank you Bryee with all my heart for taking such good care of her. Oh and by far the cleanest hotel I've seen in a long time.

Loved it! The bed slept really comfortably. There was no tub in our room, but a walk in shower which I thought was really cool.

Very clean and comfortable. The free hot cocoa station and Christmas decorations in the lobby were a nice added touch! Definitely recommend this hotel!

We have our family reunion the last Saturday in July every year and have lots of rooms booked at the Hampton Inn in Scottsboro, Alabama. The staff is very professional, the staff worked hard to accommodate everyone who are coming from different areas of the country and have different needs. We highly recommend this hotel over any other in Jackson County because the hotel is always clean and they practice old fashioned customer service.

Very friendly and helpful staff, if I ever get to go back I hope that the same people are there.

Had a Excellent experience at this hotel. Desk staff, Selena in particular was very nice and helpful. The breakfast Tammy cooked up was out of this world! I highly recommend this establishment for family and business as it fits all needs. Also there's a pool.

I had to make Hampton Inn My Home for over 3 weeks & I Absolutely Loved staying there.. Everyone treated me with Love & Respect... The House keeper & the Precious lady that did the breakfast became like Family & made it Harder for me to leave when the time came to go back home..I recommend the Hampton Inn to Anyone needing a Wonderful place to stay in Scottsboro Alabama

We stayed one night after picking up our daughter who was returning from a mission trip from Thailand. We got there late and was well pleased with the room and service!! The room was very clean, tasteful and modern! The breakfast was delicious too!! The pantry lady, Ms. Charlene, is very sweet and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. The only negative is finding the hotel entrance. Follow the navigation even though you can see it and your going the other direction. 😬😂

We are currently here for a 4-day stay. It has been a wonderful stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and well maintained. We had tornado threats on Saturday and the staff was on top of it. They notified our room, kept us all updated and provided us all with a safe place until the storms passed. We have no complaints and will plan to stay here again, the next time we come to town. Highly recommended!!

Stayed overnight at this location on the 16th. Other than complications actually finding our way into the parking lot (Hint, just cut through Home Depot's parking lot if you get confused) everything was excellent.
Evening front desk guy was super friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Lobby was decorated so cute for Xmas. Breakfast was decent quality and fresh. Definitely looking forward to our next stay.

Returned Friday, April 30th. Brandie at the front desk seemed to know us as we walked in the door. She was friendly and checked us right in. Again the room was clean and comfortable. The next morning Martha had prepared a wide assortment of breakfast items. It was very good.
