Wonderful company! I LOVE their rugs!!! Awesome customer service and an exceptional product! Hey folks, please buy their rugs as they are made in the USA and there aren't too many companies like this one left, that give jobs to people in the USA. I try to buy American when I can, but so many products are coming in from other countries; namely China and the Middle East. Please buy American and help the USA! The rugs they make are a great price point and a wonderful product! BTW, I do not work there and am just a satisfied customer from KS. Thanks Maples!

No as bad as review said. But they take a while working in your truck. I had an appointment at 1 pm and check in at 8 am. They gave me a dock at 9 am. Have taken more than 2 hrs to get me loaded but at least you can check early.

just received this runner rug from department store online order. The color and size is great, but all four corners are poorly sewn and already unraveling. Debating weather to keep it or get another brand

It’s not “Rocket Science” y’all. Just come in, do your job and everything will be ok. Yes, the pay is sub par but the health and prescription drug insurance is outstanding!!! Great job for someone right out of school and still living at home. But for those of us who have a family, a mortgage, a car payment and all the other things that go with this thing we call life, IT’S NOT SO GREAT. All they expect is for you to come to work, work safely and go home to your family.

I know or have known several people who have worked for or do work for Maples. Some have had good experiences there, others have not. I think it depends on the department & supervisors.

I have n applying for past 9 months since i had to quit (sons health issues..i had to miss alot so i didnt go back after having to leave on lunch break-3rd shift plant 2) ..your rehireable after 6 months if you quit but im guessing they toom it upon themselves to put me down like they fired me for points instead of the truth so that sucks!! I actually liked how quickly the shift went by at plant 2 overnights..shame they wont rehire me smh

I wasn't going to post but since I have tried for two weeks now to reach someone from customer service with no luck I'm posting. I purchased this brand of rugs less then a year ago and they are already fraying (or fuzzing). They are beautiful patterns which was what attracted me to them in the first place but they shouldn't be doing this already if at all. We only have three people in our house so it is not like there is a ton of foot traffic either. I was disappointed that this happened and more so that not a single person responded to me.

They slow loading

Terrible place! Pregnant women are treated very badly or everybody is I mean! They don’t pay good at all! The new shipping supervisor at plant 1 treats people badly! Told me he didn’t care about my babies I was pregnant with twins at the time and he wouldn’t leave me alone and caused me to almost have a stroke from running my blood pressure up got admitted into the hospital and had my boys early! He shouldn’t lead anyone! Nobody deserves to be treated like that! They also don’t pay your vacations you have to file for unemployment which is wrong. No raises PTO or anything I had to fight to get FMLA being pregnant with twins which was high risk for me and I could get it it but had to return to work after driving all the way to Huntsville. Then they all of a sudden read my paperwork wrong and told me I couldn’t work because I was a high risk to them which was wrong so they took 76 hours of my FMLA time that was for appointments only and never gave it back or gave me any back pay! They always cater to people and give them leaves then some they don’t work with like me for instance! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here!

I worked here for 14 years had a wonderful boss and loved the ladies I worked with then HR director changed and everyone in my department that I had worked with for so long were fired or pushed out. They started walking eldrly workers that had been loyal employees for 30 years out at the end of the day with security and a paper box of their belongings. They are heartless and hateful and sneaky. I worked in a department that got to see the sneaky side. Cant trust them cant be loyal to them would not wish this place on my worst enemy.
