Recently purchased a 2023 Camry. Anthony and Jonathan did awesome with helping with our purchase. Hands down easiest car buying experience I’ve had.

Our Equinox had a sudden vacuum pump issue causing my brakes not to work and leaving me stranded in Huntsville before Christmas. There were only a few days left of the full extended warranty we purchased would expire. Nicole was helpful in getting me towed back to Harbin's. The service technicians took care of diagnosing and getting warranty parts approved. We got our car back the day of the scheduled appointment to look at it. We are very thankful for that warranty and the support we received. Going without a vehicle the week of Christmas was tough. It would have been nice to have been given something to drive. We asked. Thankful no one was hurt and it is fixed. The tech was so kind, he washed it for us and did not charge the $10. We were also notified of the status daily.

Daniel was an awesome salesman to deal with. The Harbin family worked diligently to make the whole process seamless, from finding financing to our trade in. We were able to handle the majority of the transaction by phone took a test drive & signed about 2 minutes of paperwork, we were off in our new vehicle. Would totally recommend & definitely looking forward to going back on my next purchase.

Great service and customer care! Needed a few things fixed and they handled it in house and with spectacular customer service. Called me to give me updates on the parts being ordered and picked my vehicle up and left me one to drive while they had mine. Fast and excellent service. Recommend to all my friends.

Dalton West and Logan Crawford were great to work with. Both were very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I must admit that $18 per quart of oil is excessive, regardless of the engine that it is going into.

Saw several ads for Chevy discounts for
Silverado trucks and it grab my interest for a new truck. The sales department had the truck I wanted in stock. They found several discounts available and a acceptable trade-in for my old truck. After test driving the truck and some paperwork I drove off the lot with a new truck.

EVERYONE was sooo nice!!!! Daniel called to see what I was looking for and expecting to spend. This young man did everything he said he would and made me so happy! I traded for a newer and different used SUV… battery died on 3rd day… replaced gratis by Heather and changed right away by Jeremy who also gave my Buddy the Pom ( who never likes strange men) lots of welcomed attention. Wish I had found you years ago… couldn’t be more pleased!!!!

Josh and Rhett were great to work with. Tyler was also great asset for your dealership. All involved tried their best to seal my deal and made us feel that our business was important to them.

Your service department team is one of the best! Everyone takes a minute or two to speak, say hello, and ask about my day. It’s a truly genuine expression of gratitude and care. Jason was very accommodating and informative. He called several times before my husband and I drove 2 hours from Birmingham. He was upfront about all the details of my Tahoe and never tried to force us to purchase or scam us. We felt taken care of the entire time. Everything was completed before we arrived. All we did was test drive it and pay. It was hands down the best vehicle purchasing experience!

Regina Hancock was very helpful in keeping me updated. They furnished me a nice vehicle to use while my truck was in the shop.

Bought my truck from Matt Newsom. Got a great deal on a less than 2 year old truck. Shopped around looking for a bed liner and a truck topper. Didn't trust any of the many places to do what they say so I gave Matt a call and he turned me over to a very knowledgeable Tylor Davis in Harbin Chevrolets Accessories Department. I got a top of the line spray on bed liner and a special order camper shell that matches the factory paint on my truck. All this was accomplished with out me doing anything. They would come and pick up my truck and leave me a loaner car.

Well, in Chattanooga, all dealerships are over MSRP pricing, and so I went to Riverside in South Pittsburgh, they were nice but didn't have what I wanted. Eli told me about Harbin, and gave me Tez number. I called Tez, he said he was about to get married. I asked about the Malibu on the lot and said Dylan was holding it for me. 40 minutes later I was on the lot where I met Dylan and Caroline. They had the car pulled up for. And they met me with a smile. They also helped me make sure the wheelchair in my trunk fit in the new Malibu for my girlfriend. It fit! Test drove the car, and they held it for me while I drove to Jasper to get a duplicate title since I live in Tennessee. Once I got back, met with Mike, he was helpful and sold me a warranty, which gives me peace of mind. Caroline and Dylan helped me with Chevrolet app, they had the car pulled up, helped me with Onstar call, and gave me a nice car battery charger, repair kit, first aid kit, and nice rubber, all weather car mats. Awesome! Overall, Fantastic experience! Great, Nice, New Malibu, Got a great price, im just very thankful that Eli at Riverside talked to me about Tez in Scottsboro. Im very excited, and planning on driving my family down when we need another car. Thank you Dylan, Caroline, and Mike, I appreciate all your help, patience with my drive to Jasper, I have been so stressed trying to find a new car at great price. Thank you so very much! Appreciated!
