Comfort Inn & Suites Near Lake Guntersville

This is a great hotel in a nice quiet location. Rooms were clean and staff were very sweet. Only downside was the indoor pool was a little chilly but it was clean and well maintained.

Hotel and grounds were very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide variety and area kept clean.
We will stay here again and highly recommend.

Rented two rooms for granddaughters birthday party. Rooms were good size and clean. There was plenty of breakfast to choose from even though it was all cold.

Everything was great! Very clean, mattress was a little uncomfortable but overall ok. Great lighting in the bathroom.

We were just as pleased with this stay as we were with last years Thanksgiving stay. Employees are friendly & helpful, the rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious!

We all will be glad when the entrance road is paved and the pot holes repaired.
Hopefully after 12 years of this mess, upper management will resolve this long and frustrating drive issue. It causes car and trailer damage especially for boaters.

Room was very clean, very spacious. Bathroom stocked very well. Breakfast is really good there. Better than most hotels that have just muffins etc.

We stopped here to sleep for a few hours on our way home and it was very nice. Check in was easy. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. The staff were nice. Breakfast was decent.

A pleasant surprise. We found our room to be modern and fresh, spacious and clean. The A/C works fantastic. The amenities are beyond expectation and the breakfast was delicious and ample. More importantly, the staff expressed true customer dedication and care. I will stay here again, even bring my family to enjoy the indoor pool, patio area, grill and other facilities. 5 star in my book! The price was a bargain compared to the normal hotel chains I usually stay at.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Our room was perfect, and breakfast was outstanding. They even allowed us to park our motorcycle by the front doors so they could keep an eye on it through the night. We will make it a point to stay here on our next trip through Scottsboro.

We started our journey in Guntersville Al.Heading to the Cathedral caverns.Ended up at this comfort inn location.Ester was the front clerk she was amazing,sweet,very helpful went out above and beyond to make sure our stay was great.The rooms was clean and extra towels .The place is updated! Breakfast was good .they even had gravy and biscuits.Great stay best hospitality I’ve ever encountered!!💞💓

Our stay was a really great visit considering the circumstance.. We came in for a funeral and everyone was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool. The grounds are really nice too.

The employees are friendly and quick to respond to issues. Rooms are large and comfy.
