I’ve been going to them for five years, my boyfriend even longer than that. We foster and adopt old and abused dogs.

The people who work here are kind and empathetic both to people and animals. Their prices are so low, I’m not sure how they are able to stay in business.

I like them so much that I am willing to travel an hour or more to see them. There are many wonderful vets in our area, but this Clinic is my favorite.

This place is absolutely the most amazing vet around. They care for the pet more than the $. We have taken all of our dogs here for the last 10+ years and have never had a bad experience.

St Joseph animal hospital has professional and friendly staff. They have helped our bulldog with her ear infections and allergies. They gave the just reasonable prices around my mother drives down from the Chicago suburbs to save on quality care for her beagle. Would highly recommend.

They have always taken good care of our animals. They took our sample and are running the tests to figure out if my dog has stomach issues or something else. I highly r them to everyone that asks for a good vet.

Very positive experience. The doctor was upbeat, confident, and reassuring and the front-desk staff were super friendly. Glad to find a great vet so soon in the area.

The staff here are so kind and you really get the feeling that it's more like family than just a business. They always squeeze me in if it is an emergency, and they treat all of my furry kids as if they were their own. I recommend them to everyone and anyone, and the prices cannot be beat. Cannot recommend this place enough to anyone that wants the best care for their pets!

I will not ever take my animals anywhere else but here... unless it's something they just don't have the resources to handle, in which case my only other vet would be Purdue animal hospital... I am currently having a major issue with my male huskita... I took him in to St. Joe originally thinkn he had a blockage, while there Dr. Mickna did xrays and found out that my dog had discospondylitis and referred me to U of I they proceeded to tell me my dog needed put down that he had a 10 percent chance of survival... Dr. Mickna then gave me a referral to Purdue and they are currently saving my baby and Dr. Mickna and Dr. Johnson as well as all of the other excellent St. Joe staff are taking care of him between Purdue visits... the attn and love they show my animals(2 huskitas and 1 cat) is amazing!!! The patience and help they have had with me thru all of this is top notch!! And best of all their prices are outstanding!!!

Both of my dogs come here. Staffs are so nice! Also, the veterinarians are very knowledgeable. I have a 60 pound dog that can be aggressive when scared. They drew her blood without having to give her medication or restrain. They just talked to her and she let them drew her blood without any fuss. I was amaze! Their pricing is reasonable and it takes awhile to make appointment here.

Always super friendly, great prices, and you can tell that they genuinely care about your animals. I live in Champaign and every time it is beyond worth the extra drive.

The staff and vetcare providers here are wonderful! We have an older cat that puts up a good fight when being examined and they are so good about working with him. Can't say enough good things about SJAH.

I took my cat here for three years. She always got compassionate care from the staff, who gave me detailed advice about her care and and were happy to answer my questions. They were also happy to discuss the cost and potential benefits of different procedures, and I never felt that they were pushing me to pay for something that was unnecessary given my pet's lifestyle. Overall very reasonably priced vet care without sacrificing quality or hospitality. The only potential drawback is that they don't take card payments, but that can be mitigated by bringing your checkbook to appointments.

We have been with them for 8 years now and we always have a normal, expected, convenient and caring experience. Their prices are great. And our dogs are treated as they should be.

Yes, I agree that they are very busy and it does SOMETIMES take time to check out; however they are busy because they are DOING THEIR JOBS with our animals.

A really ethical and caring La e to take your beloved pets. They really care for the animal’s wellbeing & are also very practical and considerate with their care.

I wont take any of our pets anywhere else. They are amazing, knowledgeable and compassionate. And their prices are the most reasonable I have found.we have seven dogs and a cat and everyone of them are treated there. We had to have one of our dogs put to sleep 2 years ago and they handled everything with such compassion for both us and our old man. I would recommend them to anyone.
