Terry Hill - COUNTRY Financial representative

One of the best decisions I made in 2021 was to move all my insurance needs to Terry Hill in St Joseph, IL. This office provides answers to my questions in a patient and kind way whenever I call them. That’s not what I had experienced with my former carrier. Terry took the time to explain the types of insurance I needed and why. I feel very secure knowing I can speak to them at anytime and get answers to my questions. Highly recommend.

My family transferred to Terry Hill after our Urbana agent retired. I was getting no help from my office so decided to look around. Terry himself answered the phone at 7pm and got me the help I needed. They have helped us through renters insurance to homeowners insurance, our first claim, life insurance and car issues.
