SPOILER ALERT: Markito's has good Mexican food and if you've read other reviews, you aren't surprised. The food was good quality and the service was excellent. They have a spicy pineapple salsa that you should definitely try. The green and red salsas are great too if you are looking for flavor with less heat. My steak burrito left me feeling full and very satisfied. Give this place a try!

Fantastic food, drink & service. This is our 3rd visit so can vouch for consistency as well. We wear six across 3 generations and 5 stars all around. We started with perfect cantina style crispy tortillas, added house margaritas and punctuated with delicious food. We’ve tried a few different things but a big fan favorite were the tortas - big portions, great bread and balanced fillings (I went with chorizo). Such delightful staff that were there just when we needed something. Very surprised that this place isn’t crowded - I suspect it’s in a tough location. Come out and let’s give them the love they deserve.

Best Mexican food I've had since I've been to Mexico! The tostadas are simply delicious. The burritos are wonderful too. One of my favorites is the steak enchiladas with mole sauce. The steak melts in your mouth. Drinks are huge and delicious. Best chips and salsa I have ever had! Can't wait to go back!

I'm here again at Markitos and Teddy made a new Salas that has this smokies favorite.
It's nott too hot but the favorite is so good.
I just love the place.

The food and services were excellent

Food is legitttt. Got a little of everything: a shrimp tostada, a chicken taco, steak taco, and pastor taco. All of it was A++++ and flavorful but I think the pastor was out of this world. Can't wait to come back and get some more. Also the place is really clean and spacious and the service is friendly.

Excellent service, and some of the best tacos I've ever had from over 100 Mexican restaurants. Very tasty salsa with the chips too! Then they bring you 3 more flavors to try. Even though this is 45 minutes away, I will be back again!

Outstanding quality & taste of foods & cocktails. The service was great. The Best Nachos ever! My husband said the Margarita was great. My Mai Tai was excellent. You must try their Churrios; yummy. We found a new favorite restaurant.

Wow!!!! The food here is so delicious. Service was good and the food came quickly. The food is well seasoned and the flavors came together so well. I got a pastor burrito. This will definitely be my new spot!

Markito’s Is one of those places you’ve been by a hundred times and never checked it out. We finally did and it was wonderful! I knew it would be good from the start. The chips and salsa were great and the margaritas were huge and homemade. Food is freshly prepared, authentic and abundant. The staff is friendly. The place is clean. What else can you ask for. I’m sorry we waited so long!

Wow, I’m impressed. Had the El Pastor burrito for lunch and it was incredible. I would consider this place a hidden gem. Salsa is even amazing.

Great place. Saturday dinner out. Loved the Combo #1 surf n turf. Everything was fresh, from the onions on the salad to the steak and shrimp. Service was timely, professional, and personal. Atmosphere was friendly, like neighbors. We will be back!

I'm ashamed to say that it took over ten years for us to try Markito's. Once we did, we ordered three times in ten days! Food is incredibly fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. One of my family said, "I've never had shrimp so perfectly cooked." Tacos are great, burritos are a hit, and the salads are better than most places. Worth a stop by.

Markito’s catered a surprise birthday party for us. The service and food were outstanding!! I can’t say enough about the quality of the food. The chicken and steak were so juicy. All the sides were excellent. Try the corn. It was amazing. Teo and his crew did a fabulous job. They even brought an insulated container that all the food fit in. Everything was so nice and hot when we finally served. Will definitely use them again!! Two big thumbs up!!
