Totem Self Storage

The people were so nice and extremely helpful. The process was made easy and convenient for me, the rules and details and everything was explained so easily. The prices were convenient for me as well, I did a lot of research with different storage facilities and I am extremely impressed with this one!! Also the way they interacted with my small child was a step above and beyond 10/10 would recommend!

I reserved a unit online. I came into the office and was quickly able to complete my rental. The staff is knowledgeable and informative. My questions were sneered and I was provided ways to contact the staff if needed in the future.

Mia was super nice and friendly. Excellent customer service. She help me get my unit rented. Process was quick and easy. I would recommend her and the storage to my family and friends if they ever need a storage.

I received exceptional help from Paul at the front desk. He was an overachiever in order to meet all of my U-Haul needs and gave me great information. I don't have a storage unit at this place but from the service I received so far I would say it's definitely worth it to go here

Been coming here for over a year. They closed the bathrooms for employee use only recently, so be prepared that there is no bathroom available.

*update* I found out that the bathrooms are available during office hours, just ask an employee for the key.

The manager Cedric is very friendly, the place is kept clean, and it feels secure.

Yareli was awesome! I came in to check prices on units and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. Once I’m ready to get a unit I will definitely be coming back to see her! Thank you Yareli!

Cedric is no longer with the company - I am glad he made a note about honoring the long-term rate discount on my account.

Tera is the new Manager there and was awesome in correcting the automatic system invoices. She has honored the rate as promised by Cedric until March 2021. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a long-term storage unit. They have been respectful, responsive, and transparent with their customer service.

INITIAL REVIEW

Cedric was awesome in helping my partner and I pick out a storage unit. We signed up with a promotion and Cedric was very transparent with the fact that the promotion only lasts 3-months then a normal rate would take over. He worked with us and we were able to work out new payments after the 3-month promotional period since we will need this unit long-term. The facility itself is a bit outdated, but the cameras and the surrounding fence for security are updated. The storage units were very clean although outdated (our light was not working in the unit, but Cedric mentioned that he will fix that - not a huge deal, we are not moving in the dark any time soon). I would definitely recommend this facility, ask for Cedric if you come in.

I will be updating this review in October 2020 to see if Cedric upholds his word with the rate he quoted us.

Paul was amazing! Helped me get a unit, a truck in less than an hour! Super professional and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone for quick and easy storage.

Our company rented a unit here for a little over three years. This facility provided everything our company needed; easy drive up access to the unit and after hours gate access. The management here is also very helpful. Melissa, who has been our point of contact with Totem's management, has always been quick to let us know when there would be upgrades to the facility that could compromise access (ie; paving, painting, gate upgrades, etc). We highly recommend Totem to anyone needing storage.

Cheryl at Totem Self Storage was very helpful and knowledgeable! It was a very pleasant experience to reserve a unit, which was done online. The unit was ready as promised without surprises. The paper work was straightforward and quick. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The facility is also very secure, with fences all around, gated entry and exit that you use your own personal code to get it, as well as security cameras all around the premises. Price is very affordable as well! Also HUGE bonus ALL units are ground level!

I have dealt with storage units in various cities, including different states. It is refreshing to have a customer-orientated service in regards to rental facilities. Totem Self storage is an easy “Five-Stars” in my book.

I found this hidden gem of a storage facility online. I must share that the staff were so friendly and helpful, so informative and down to earth. The location and price were perfect for me. The property is clean and the units are well maintained. No odors detected like at my previous storage facility. I highly recommend Totem Self Storage.

Earlier I booked an appointment with another storage facility but they cancelled last second on a Sunday at 4:30 pm. I had a Uhaul that needed to be returned and I was out of luck. I called Totem and Chris stayed an extra 1/2 hour after close to help me out. Very nice professional and he even stayed late even though it was his son's birthday.

We rented a 5x5 in Jan, The staff were amazing! Customer service was impeccable ! They have Uhaul rental available its I'd say a "1-Stop-Shop".. Also they have on sight Management that gives an extra feeling of Security; Extremely Clean, Well lit in all areas, and great access hours, cheapest rates compared to the competition; I would absolutely recommend this facility to all new to the area, or to all just needing storage ! I have had my stuff stored here for 15 years. Since new management took over a few years ago, the property improvements and customer service has been nothing short of EXCELLENT. The manager, Cedric, has been a total rock-star helping me coordinate moving my project vehicle for repaving projects. Cedric and his team are always friendly, professional, and have great communication with their customers. Even though the location isn't the most convenient for me anymore since I moved, I would not consider storing my stuff anywhere else!

I have been with totem storage for a little while now and I have NEVER been treated with such respect from any storage company!! Especially from Cedric D. He hands down has the most amazing customer service and I love how he is more than happy to help you with whatever issue and/or answer any questions . So far this place has wonderful customer service. I am excited to continue my rental experience here. We have both vehicle and a storage unit. Both Cedric and Leanne were awesome to work with and very customer service oriented. I agree that this location is a one stop for all needs since they also have Uhaul trucks too.

It’s been a few weeks since I left my vehicle. So far no issues. Getting in was a painless process. Just signed a few things and I was out under an hour and just took a Lyft to the airport. Paul was thorough about everything. I don’t foresee any issues in the future, we shall see.
