Super detailed when it comes to what can and cannot be done. Clearly states cost with and without insurance. Dr G. is fabulous and my dental hygienist, Carlos, is so pleasant and talks you through step by step. Friendly office, nice location. Glad to have them!

This review is strictly for Dr. Rose and Suzi! I’ve never had a dentist like Dr. Rose that makes me feel so comfortable and I’ve never had a cleaning that didn’t hurt besides Suzi’s! They are the absolute best team and I only leave reviews if I absolutely love something so that speaks for itself! Thank god I found them, I hope they work forever because I don’t want to go to anyone else ever again 🤣

I called in tears because of a wisdom tooth issue, they not only fit me in immediately after I called, but the entire staff worked together for over 30 minutes to find a surgeon in network to take my tooth out immediately. I have never seen so much care and compassion from strangers. They are the nicest group of professionals I have ever encountered, and I would recommend them to anyone any day. Hands down the kindest people I have ever met.

Was able to get me in at the last minute and everyone was so nice! I felt very comfortable even with having high anxiety about the dentist. Great service all around, would highly recommend.

The person who does my cleanings is always very thorough, kind, gentle, and considerate. She is thr best I've had at explaining things and making clear the reason for going a certain route. They don't push for excessive work to be done like some offices do. I recommend.

This is a good practice, with folks that care. I've been their client for long time and throughout the years have found quality dentists that do not over push procedures, listen to your concerns, and provide mindful recommendations

My wife, children (now grown with families of their own), and I have been going to Family First Dental since our children were small. Dr. Steven Theodosis was our family dentist for decades. We were sad when he left the practice to go to another state, but my wife and I have been more than happy with the staff remaining at Family First Dental.
Dr. Georgia is a wonderful dentist, spends time getting to know her patients, takes time to answer questions clearly, and is truly concerned about her patients welfare.
During my dental cleaning appointment today, I discovered my dental hygienist, who I have had for many years had left. I was introduced to Annee, and she was just fabulous. Energetic, caring, and very knowledgeable because of her many years of experience, she gave me various tips on how a senior could better care for his teeth.
And then making my day, I went to the front to pay my bill. My Medicare Advantage is a HMO dental plan and I knew from previous experience Family First Dental only accepted Humana Medicare Advantage PPO. Yocelyn and Esme, at the front desk, could have just had me pay my bill and be done with me. Yet these two very caring, wonderful professionals asked me for my Humana Medicare Advantage card to check for any changes that may have been made to my plan in 2024. To my great surprise, Yocelyn informed me that indeed there were changes made to my Dental Plan and I was now covered for the dental cleaning and X-rays. I would no longer have to pay out of pocket for basic dental services.
Couldn't have asked for a better day or dental experience! Thank you, Dr. Georgia, Annee, Yocelyn, and Esme!

For one who is afraid of going to the dentist, I felt so comfortable with Dr,‘a Georgia and her team. What a great group of people! It’s very rare to find a place to feel comfortable, when you have such a phobia. Thank you for your kindness and love!

I had a great an experience. My man Carlos made my teeth nice and clean. Plus the workers dressed up in costumes for Halloween. I even saw a shark but down worry because she doesn’t bite. 😎

We had a great experience with Dr Rose and all the staff! Appreciated their ability to book an appointment on such a short notice with our daughter experiencing tooth pain. Dr Rose was very patient and explained the situation without panic. Thank You!

Ann (Annie?), the hygienist, did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Drinking black tea while wearing invisilign is not a good combination. I entered the office with deeply stained teeth and left with them pearly white. Family First needs to hire her full time!

Saw Dr. Rose for a new patient appointment, she was super gentle and thorough with her exam. All the staff was super friendly. Loved walking in and being greeted with a big smile from the receptionist. As I was leaving the office manager jocelyn asked how my visit was and was looking forward to seeing me again in 6 months.
I’ve never felt so welcomed at a dental office, I usually avoid them.
