Aspen Dental

The first visit was very professional and educational, I am 76 yrs old,still learning new things. I didn't know I didn't have the coverage for dental for Medicare. So I now have insurance for dental insurance and new dentures being made now. I told everyone about Aspen Dental visit, how happy I was.How I well go to dentist when I need to not when I have to. Thank y'all for the great care 😁

I was referred by someone other than the hospital. I was examined, treated professionally, respectfully and with my own best long term care as the goal.

All the staff was wonderful and my doctor is excellent. I needed a payment plan as I didn’t have insurance coverage and they were willing to work with me in steps for my treatment plan.

After my total experience I felt I had to edit my review, this staff and dentist went out of their way to help me get to my end goal and were very kind along the way. Yes, my appointment had to be changed, but since I received my dentures it has been smooth sailing. I got right in for an adjustment and so far I love them, they turned out beautiful and I am a happy customer!!!!

After reading the reviews I thought I would give this a try, well I should have listened. They were aware of my schedule to leave for the summer, as I do every year, and like some of the reviews have said they have already pushed back my date for picking up my dentures. Thus throwing off my entire schedule for leaving for my summer place. Lesson learned, listen to the reviews!!! Now off to reschedule some things up north....
*edited* they did try and fix this, got a call after the review and for some reason they got my dentures ready sooner! Unfortunately I live farther away then most and they would have been closed by the time I got there. I have to say at least they attempted to resolve this.

My husband and I visited Aspen Dental for the first time today and we both had a great experience! We moved states about a year ago and sometimes getting set up with new Healthcare professionals can easily be a daunting task. From the moment we stepped inside Aspen Dental, we were welcomed very warmly by the receptionist up front as well as the other employees. Not only were we taken care of in professional and timely manner by the medical assistants and Doctor, each individual we interacted with, treated us with respect and integrity. I highly recommend Aspen Dental! Thanks for taking such great care of us!

The staff is excellent! They were very thorough and took time to answer questions. This was an emergency visit and they got me in within 4 hours of my call. Very professional would highly recommend. I have never liked going to the dentist as I have not had good experiences and they made me feel comfortable, put me at ease that I will be going back.

I never do these but I just wanted to say both the receptionist and the office manager (I am truly horrible with names and can’t remember) but they were working today, 04/16, and they were both so welcoming and very kind! Helped me with all my questions as silly as I thought they were and treated me like a friend vs just another patient! I go back for a tooth extraction next week :)

The tech who took my x-rays listened to my fears while still being efficient, gentle and empathetic. The Dr. was also efficient but still answered my questions without judgement. As someone who hasn’t been to the dentist in many years, I was fearful of how I would be looked at. He was clear and gave me my options to get back to a healthier mouth. I will definitely be back and start bringing my husband also.

Great dental care. From the front end personal to the finance director to the technician to the hygienist to the dentist were all friendly and caring. I came to aspen dental for a second opinion as I suspected something was not right. My suspicions were correct. They took exrays and a oral exam and informed me I would need a bone graph along with other work to be done. They are very fair and honest and I will be a forever patient here at Aspen Dental. Staff was wonderful. Courteous, smiling and caring. The Doctor was fantastic, explained all question and made relevant suggestions.
Pricing so much better than expected.

I just started coming here after not seeing a dentist for over ten years. I was having various denture and crown problems that they identified and will be addressing in the upcoming weeks. I did need to make a deposit on part of my copay that is not covered by my limited dental insurance. Everyone is friendly and professional.

Everyone at Aspen was very nice..they explained what I need.done in a very professional manner..the best part for me was that they were very compassionate not once did i feel embarrassed or uncomfortable and they were very helpful in getting me the financing I need to get the work I need done

Everyone at the McHenry Aspen Dental office was friendly and professional. The receptionist, the X-ray tech, the hygienist and the dentist herself took time to explain what they were going to do and then told me what they saw. After a treatment plan was discussed I met with the Office Manager who went over costs, what dental insurance would cover and what I would be responsible for paying. Going to the dentist is not everyone’s favorite thing, but Aspen Dental made the experience positive. I had neglected my teeth during Covid and I’m happy to be getting back on schedule with dental care.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Super nice and informative about payment plans for my husbands root canal and crown. We appreciated them very much and will be returning.

I had not been to the dentist in over ten years due to a bad dental and orthodontist experience. My front tooth broke due to this bad dentist, and I went in sheepishly to get it fixed. My wife had been here before and had said it was good, and “good” is an understatement. Every member of the staff is incredibly nice and knowledgeable about what they do. I look forward to coming here for years to come.

My son was pleased and grateful. The financing reeks of usury at 29% interest.

A cap came off my front tooth. I made an appointment for the next day. I am such a nervous person when it comes to dentists. I absolutely love the Dr that helped me. He is positively wonderful and so is his staff. McHenry is blessed to have such a talented and calming dentist in our town. Truly blessed. Wow
