ARC Restoration & Windows

I used ARC to repair my roof after significant weather damage. I was honest with them and they were honest with me. They didn't try and sell me on any unnecessary repairs or improvements. They gave me fair quotes on what absolutely needed to get done and on what was recommended. So far, all the work that was done looks both aesthetically pleasing and of high quality. Additionally, we agreed to work together late in the year and they made sure to get the project accomplished before the winter, which was greatly appreciated. I have some further repairs coming up on my home this year and they will be the first people I call.

I highly recommend ARC Restoration and Windows. After a strong hail storm came through, an ARC representative came by and offered an inspection. I liked that they were a local company and I saw that they had good reviews so I accepted their inspection offer- and they found significant roof and siding damage on my home. The ARC team assisted with insurance claim filing and were helpful and responsive throughout the installation process. I worked with Project Manager Dean S and he was a great support even answering questions and providing good advice on house issues/problems unrelated to the project- which I greatly appreciated as a recent widow.

I highly recommend ARC Restoration. After having roof and siding damage from hail last spring, I engaged ARC. The ARC team assisted with insurance claim filing and Project manager Dean Serdich was a wonderful resource for all of our questions throughout this large project. Dean was incredibly patient as I fretted over siding and shingle choices, and offered great council. The workers arrived when expected and did a wonderful job on the roof and siding.

ARC came to my home and talked with me about recent storms in our area and what I might be eligible to receive from my insurance claim. they handled everything from start to finish. they were clean, professional and courteous through the whole process.

as far as some other comments about someone knocking on your door, this is how they reach a neighborhood that is eligible for compensation. maybe just answer and talk with them? they are locally based and have been in business for years. if you didn't talk with them, you shouldn't be giving them in a negative review.

We used ARC for our siding/gutter/downspout replacement from hail damage to our single family home about 2 years ago. They did a great job during install and cleanup. Would definitely recommend and would use them again.

I would highly recommend ARC Restoration. Anthony was very helpful throughout the entire process and was very professional. They helped us navigate the entire process from start to finish with our insurance company. We had hail damage to our home, and we had our entire house redone. All the work they did was done with excellent quality, and was done efficiently, including the roof, siding, gutters and downspouts. We are extremely pleased with our new home.

Everyone I dealt with was very responsive and professional. I had the siding, gutters, and windows replaced. The window work was setup with a companion contractor. All the work was done quickly and professionally. A pleasure to work with. The results look good! The picture shows the completed siding but not the windows and remaining trim work.

Dean from ARC was fantastic. He helped us navigate the entire claims process from start to finish. Even following up weeks later to make sure we were still happy. His knowledge and service was beyond our expectations. The installers were professional and extremely efficient. Our new siding, gutters and trim look amazing! ARC restoration was very professional from beginning to end . They inspected my roof and siding and discovered hail damage. They came out when my insurance adjuster inspected the house . After my insurance approved, ARC showed us a variety of roof and siding samples . They put a new roof on in a day and only a couple days for the siding. I would recommend ARC to anyone.

ARC did a siding job for us, and from quote to job clean up, everything was professionally done. We will be using them again this fall for a roof job.

Side note for those reviews regarding solicitations, you are hurting the ratings for a company that didn't even provide a service for you. As a small business owner myself, I find it extremely distasteful that people go out of their way to bring down the ratings of solid businesses.

I was very happy with the communication and planning for our roof replacement. My asphalt shingle roof was about 17 years old and was not installed properly by the previous owner. It began leaking toward the front of my entryway. I did not have hail or storm damage wear that created the problem, so therefore I was not able to claim the roof replacement under our insurance policy. It was important to have someone I could trust, that also gave me a good price especially now with increase cost of materials and supplies. Brian was easy to work with and identified the problem areas. We had several conversations, were he explained the process and helped me understand what products to use and what needed to be done. The workers removed the two layers of shingles, installed vents, a ridge line vent and replaced several bad pieces of plywood. I also had new larger gutters and down spouts installed. The entire process ran very smoothly.

My roof had severe damage from a storm that I was not aware of the extent until the ARC representative made an Inspection. My insurance adjuster said I was very lucky the damage was found before it became worse. My roof and gutters were replaced in a timely manner and the workers were very neat. Great experience and quality work! ARC was the first call I made when I started vetting companies to replace our siding. Best move I could have made! They were instrumental in getting my insurance to not only replace our hail damaged siding, but also the gutters. Additionally, we had some challenging issues with wood rot that had other companies scratching their heads. Not ARC, they came up with a plan, pushed up their sleeves and went to work. Now our house looks amazing and we couldn't be more pleased! My suggestion...make ARC your first call too, you won't regret it.

ARC did a tremendous job on our flat roof. They also replaced 10 skylights. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and highly trained. They kept us well informed throughout the entire process through pictures and visual explanations, and finished the job on time. I highly recommend ARC.
