Stopped in on a whim while passing through town. Met the owner (Joe) and had a wonderful visit. He took time to show many cool and unique items to my children. My 9 year old daughter wants to learn to weld and make metal art so this was perfect. We became fast friends and had great conversation about tools, YHWH, antiques, and “junk.” All my favorite things!

Great place to have a knife sharpened. Mr Farkas really knows his steel!

Active menace to the community due to political extremism. Once posted armed gunmen outside as a response to someone spraying BLM graffiti over a garish sign that takes up an entire wall of his building, and hung a noosed effigy after a particular governor he did not like won their election. A stain on Bellevue’s downtown. Do not enter. Which is sad because he is a talented artist.

Bought something for Father’s Day from here a couple years ago. Assuming old time woodworking and traditional blacksmithing would be a synonym for quality would be a mistake! The wooded end table has already fallen apart and was absolutely not worth the price. The business seems to not care about quality and is just to be trying to make a quick buck.
