Had to get a nebulizer for my daughter through coastal med tech and they were fast, knowledgeable and efficient. Her nebulizer is even a panda that way she actually will do her treatments! Thank you!

Jordan was great and helping me get the right fit and communicating with My sleep coach. CPAP is not a perfect science and requires a lot of back-and-forth to get it right. Coastal Med Tech Is the place to go.

When calling, the staff answering the phone have always been polite and friendly, even if it I had already called earlier that day. Great service and excellent help with products. Also quick appointment times also. They have finally settled all merging and moving problems and have a very nice and friendly crew working for them. And also have back their timed over the phone call line for products running low. ( Love This! ) If you have dropped them for any reason in the past I would recommend them highly again. You won't be sorry.

Coastal Med Tech's Elizabeth, was speedy, efficient, informative and very helpful. She and her assistant Jordan worked feverishly with my Doctor's office to complete my need for a CPAP machine. She kept me up to date often and when I met her at the office, was very excited to help me get this started to ensure my sleep comfort. I am excited to say it is finally in my home and I enjoyed my first night with it last night. Thank you Elizabeth for going above and beyond to make it happen. Looking forward to many good nights of restful sleep and improved health all around.

I would defently like to say how thankful I am for this company, I am currently battling stage 4 cancer and they helped lift so much off my shoulders with getting me my medical needs so I did not have a thing to worry about! There store as soon as I walked in I felt the warmth and caring environment just by walking in the door. All the employees you could tell love there job and what they do! You could see all them with a smile (behind there masks) I have to say the Manager/ Boss (Brad) was so so kind he greeted me personally him self and assured me anything I ever need day or night call and someone will be out here if I ever need them! What kind of a boss/manager does that most of them look down on like I are just a customer and don't take the time to even recognize you! He just totally amazed me! I must say they are one of the best businesses far out there too bad he could not train some of these companies how-to manage a business and actually recognize them more than just a customer... This place was awesome!!! We traveled over 400 miles to vacation. When we got to our destination I forgot part of our CPAP. Went to Costal Med and they had the part we needed. Elizabeth was awesome!! Thank you so much.

I met with Elizabeth and she went over every aspect of my machine. She was thorough and very helpful. I had no problem at all putting it together that night. I would recommend.

Zach (I believe Management) at CMT in Bangor is phenomenal! Super nice, caring, and always willing to do whatever he can to make sure the customer is taken care of and all set with their needs.

I honestly can say that I was hesitant to go with CMT as they used to have a really bad reputation, but I believe that Zach has done an amazing job of changing the reputation for this company. He also has acquired a great team of employees who are there to help anyone and everyone.

Anytime I call there is usually someone they can get me to that helps me out. Elizabeth helped me get the right mask for me and she was amazing as well!

Definitely recommend CMT to anyone in need of CPAP supplies or any other medical equipment!
