Memorial service for Veterans Day was a very beautiful service, lasting a bit over an hour. The weather couldn't have been more perfect for this event. I was really surprised about how many people showed up and on time. Cookies lemonade and coffee were offered afterwards, and time was spent honoring soldiers at their grave sites.

A beautiful cemetery for veterans, their spouses, and orphaned children. The Patriotism was beautiful too! A beautiful outdoor small service, due to Covid.

Always well maintained. The volunteer Honor Guard and American Legion Flag Line shows up rain or shine to provide a wonderful military honors tribute to our fallen service members.

A beautiful National Cemetery. The Memorial and Veteran's Day ceremonies are very good. The staff and grounds people are the best.

In the past 24 years I buried both my parents at Fort. Custer.
I found it quite nice.
If you want to have your religious service, have it in your Church.

I really wanted to thank the people performing the ceremony while we were there, but didn't get the opportunity before we left for the memorial. As I understand it they are all volunteers, and I want to thank them for the professionalism and solemnity they showed performing a ceremony that they must have done many times. I was touched and proud of my dad as I was reminded of his military service.

Fort Custer is an amazing national cemetery for military veterans. Me and the family went for the Memorial Day service and love thanking our vets for the sacrifices they have made. So many of them rest here at Fort Custer. Coming into the cemetery the Avenue of Flags give a respectful awe to all those who visit. The memorial walk, located near the entrance felt like it had such a spirit of honor upon it. The MA section was very emotional as it is filled with service members who's remains are lost. All in all, we had a very fun and emotional day at one of the biggest cemeteries around.

A great place of honor for our military. The staff is very helpful and supportive of families that have lost a loved one during the internment or a visit later. Our government is doing an amazing job of care to honor our military here. Thank you so much for all you do.

My Uncle Dave Mitscher was laid to rest yesterday, and my Aunt Betty Mitscher, his wife of 67 years wanted to thank everyone who was involved. It was the most beautiful ceremony that we have ever been to. The service people were so kind and professional, and made the final moments so memorable. Thank you so much❣

They gave my mother a respectfully deserved burial. I still call them to see if flowers were delivered and set in place but only for my mother. They always check and respond with a call, text or email

Thank you to all of you for your continued dedication

My father-in-law is laid to rest here. The grounds are well kept. They have a nice easy system for finding sites. We have encountered deer before while visiting. It's a nice day trip when the hubby wants to go see dad.

Thank you for helping our family celebrate our father/grandfather/uncle and friend to have a resting place amongst others who have served our country. And bless the volunteers who make this experience possible.
