Cubes Self Storage

I had a great experience renting out a storage unit at Cubes Self Storage. Both Jeremy and Keith were extremely friendly and made the renting process very easy. The units are very clean and the move in process was very easy. If you need to rent a storage unit I would highly recommend Cubes Self Storage.

This place is absolutely amazing, the communication is on par as well as the customer service. We have used the moving truck twice now for little moves in town and the price is so reasonable!! We love this place and highly recommend them to all! Everything is done in an efficient timely manner!

The experience was really awesome overall, both staff members were really knowledgeable. The process always seems like it could be confusing, but they both answered every question we had and made it super simple. My only regret is not storing my stuff here way sooner. :) The prices and facility itself are wonderful, super clean and secure. Highly recommend!

This has been such a great experience with this Cubes Storage store here in Covington! The staff, Jeremy & Keith are so exceptionally helpful & friendly. I love the fact they have a truck rental, super clean bathrooms, and the storage buildings are very clean as well as the grounds are also very clean. Great storage experience over all!

I needed a storage place quick and Jeremy really went above and beyond to help me out. He rented the unit out with my work and gave me a great tour and went over how everything worked. In a world where Customer Service has gone by the wayside, Jeremy renewed my faith in humanity by providing great service and just being an awesome person. The space is extremely secure and I do not feel scared about going there anytime between the open hours of access 5 am to 10 pm. Thank you Jeremy!!

I am so glad I chose Cubes for my storage needs. We sold our house and rented their 10x25 unit to fit all of the stuff that used to be in a 3-bedroom house. We chose Cubes over other storage facilities because we saw how secured their place was. You can’t enter the gate without a code. After entering the gate, you have to enter the code again to use the elevator. We rented the unit from June to November and we never had any issues. Andrew also provided exceptional customer service. He was always there for us. There was another guy but I forgot his name. He was also great! Everyone in that facility was nice and helpful. They were also flexible - we had to check out in the middle of the month and they let us pay just for the 2 weeks we went over instead of the whole month. I would definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommended! Thank you, Cubes!

This place is amazing! Andrew was super professional and accommodating with everything, the units are clean spotless and they have a great security system. Overall I saved over $300 moving with the free truck rental and the savings on the unit itself. 10/10 would recommend! 👍

I would highly recommend Cubes for your storage needs. Andrew has been very helpful since day one. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, safe and convenient. The ability to use the truck when moving items in and out is a huge plus. I am fortunate to have this place so close to home.

I needed a place for our things while we transitioned out of our rental (but didn’t have a new place to live yet). Cubes had the best deal (by far) on the 10x30 I needed. The staff was super helpful, thorough and explained every detail of their buildings, security, billing, and where to find things (restrooms, dolly carts, etc). The facility is super clean, secure, and easy in and out with a 16’ moving truck. The use of their own moving truck is really convenient, too!

I would recommend this place to everyone!!! There are so many good things I want to say I just don’t know where to start!!! I would like to start off with the stuff I had such an amazing experience with everyone I came in more than one day and each person was just as friendly and helpful as the last. I love how clean and well maintain everything was… I feel like my stuff is well secured and protected… don’t have to worry about leaks and mold…. I also received a special price on my unit!!!! And I know everyone loves saving money!! They also gave me a truck to use for four hours!!! I was really happy and appreciated EVERYTHING!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!

I absolutely love Cubes Self Storage of Covington. The place is so neat and clean, safe, and secure. There are cameras all over the place! You need an access key code to get through the gate, as well as every door and the elevator. Climate controlled on top of everything else. Couldn’t ask for anymore.

I was lucky enough to have Andrew help me set up a storage unit for me. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. In the middle of my move, I realized my original unit was going to be too small. I reached out to Andrew and he was more than happy to set me up in a larger unit. It worked out perfectly. He also set me up on auto-pay, so I don’t have to worry about paying the bill each month.

Highly recommend this place! The manager Jeremy is awesome and super great to work with and so is Andrew! The units are very clean and you also get use of a box truck if you rent here. Andrew helped me get a good location for my storage unit and made the sign up process easy. The website offered a discounted special rate for 2 months and honored it when I picked up keys. I also got to take advantage of their free truck to help move!

This place is the best! The units are extremely clean, Love the fact that we can get a free moving truck to move our stuff in. The staff is amazing. They were very helpful and courteous. They made the process painless. The place is extremely secure and we are very happy that is climate-controlled.
