The staff is wonderful. They always try and find solutions to any problem. I am so grateful to them for all the dental work I had done!!

The staff communicates clearly how the procedure will be done and confirms that I'm comfortable as the procedure takes place. I have no complaints and feel good about going to the dentist.

My bridge fell out and Patterson gave me an immediate same day appointment. When I arrived I was quickly seen and my bridge repaired to the extent it could be. The Dr. was very pleasant and explained everything that was going on, but more importantly gave me options with how to proceed. My previous dentist passed away and I was looking for a new provider and I'm really glad I came here. It was obvious to me they know what they're doing and did so in a very friendly and efficient manner. I made an appointment to come back for a complete exam and whatever additional work I might need. The Dr's assistant and front desk staff worked with the Dr seamlessly, competently and were very nice as well. Patterson is well run office from my observations.

Lindsay did my deep cleaning 2 days in a row. She is excellent at her job. She explains everything she is doing and makes the experience as quick and painless as possible. I would definitely recommend her in the future.

I have an extreme fear of doctors and dentists for very valid reasons.. If you are looking for a professional yet humble environment, you cannot go wrong with this office. My only regret is not finding them 10 years ago..

I just find it necessary to share that I live 45 minutes away from this office. Where I do love there are plenty of dental offices. I have tried a few and here's what I'm saying. If they moved another 45 minutes away I would still go to their office. Need I say more make your appointment now don't be scared they are some of the most professional kind of people I've ever met.

My husband and I had to switch dentist because of insurance and Patterson was in network. We were both a bit apprehensive just because of the change, but the front staff was very friendly and helpful. The hygienists were also friendly, informative, and gentle with the cleanings. The dentist we both saw briefly, which is good I think, was friendly as well. Overall, we were both happy with our visit.

I have a serious Dentistry phobia & have never had a positive experience....Until yesterday at Patterson Dentistry in New Lenox! Dr Vacca was so Patient and made me feel relaxed & in good hands . Her assistant Gabby was really Amazing too ! I was very anxious and she has such a calm & caring demeanor. Also very patient with my high anxiety! I now have a Dentist I will not be afraid to see . The office is very Nice & It doesn't feel like your at a Dr's office. I highly recommend them to everyone! And especially if you have a fear of going to the dentist. I wish I could give them more stars !!!!!

Came here for a cleaning the other day. The staff is super friendly. The hygienist explained every step of what she was doing, which I appreciated. The dentist Dr. Beri was very thorough in explaining my X-rays and caught a small cavity (my first ever :[ ). They are not pushy with their treatment plans. Will be back again and would definitely recommend!

Very nice office. I broke a tooth and they were able to get me in the next day. Hunter the hygienist and Dr Beri very comforting and professional. I would recommend this office to everyone in need of dental care.

These folks are AMAZING!!! I had not been to see the dentist in 10 years. I was beyond nervous. I finally decided to visit and my wife recommended Patterson Dental.

Short Story - Cost was extremely affordable and they work well with my insurance. Every person in their office is very nice! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The people who work at Patterson Dental in New Lenox are what make this a 5 star review! From the moment we walked in the door with the receptionists to our incredible hygienist to the professional dentist, we have nothing but positive things to say about our experience there. The hygienist made me feel comfortable and was patient and kind. Our 4 year old had her first visit to the dentist and enjoyed every second of her time there and the attention she received. I would recommend this dental place to anyone who dreads going to the dentist.

Extremely wonderful place to go for dental work! Very kind people that do a great job on teeth, clean work area and overall just the best dentist I've ever been to! They took me in right away for a tooth extraction and within 30 minutes had relieved so much pain I was in!

Everyone is so nice and caring at Patterson Dental! They took time to answer all my questions about my son’s pediatric exam, and were fantastic at explaining all the tools to him and making sure he was comfortable with everything. A+ service!

I went in to have a broken tooth pulled because it was infected. They were very professional, and very nice especially the dental assistant. They made sure I was comfortable, and made sure I felt as little pain as possible during my procedure. I highly recommend this dentist office.
