Berkot's Super Foods

I was in the store on Friday and couldn't find where the Red Lobster biscuit mix was and a nice employee named Carolyn helped me find it when I thought all hope was lost. She was very cheerful and eager to help me. The store needs more people like her.

Very high quality meats. First time in here. Meat is so much better than C.P. Vickie was very friendly in customer service today. Very good deli department.

The staff and even the customers are just the best. Every time I go, people are so friendly. I am on their scooter and require a bit of assistance. I can't explain how nice everyone is. Thank you New Lenox!

Produce is always fresh, always organized. Store is clean and the shelves are very nicely stocked. I love the deli people and I wish they brought the sushi back. Lanes are taken care of promptyband quickly, I prefer coming here instead of jewel, or walmart for my food shopping!

Been there a few times and never had any issues finding what I was looking for.

The cashier Marilyn was superb.
She didn't mind answering any of my questions about items that I weren't sure were the right ones that were on sale. Thank you so much Marilyn for making my shopping experience excellent.

Enjoy shopping here. Produce is very good and fresh . Store is not large but it's set up nice and has a lot of variety . Clean well organized environment and people are friendly. Prices are good and probably comparable to most other grocery stores.

Berkots has great produce, meat, deli and chicken. They make their own sausages that are unique like Cajun, apple chicken and chorizo. I have used a few in my chili for a different flavor. They also have a cattlemans Ranch Seasoning which is amazing on just about anything.

Love this Grocery Store. The Roasted Chicken is Amazing and for $6.99 Definitely Healthier than Fried. The Steaks and chicken are also better than Jewel and that's only my opinion of course. If you've never shopped there give it a try.

Beautiful new store. The workers are very nice and they have a lot of great products for great prices. Love Berkot's Super Foods for savings on household items and pet products. Highly recommend.

Great location, staff stocking store is friendly and knowledgeable about the store. Frequently has great deals, but tends to stack non deal items in the same kiosks. Cashiers can be stand offish if not rude. Selection is good and even during peak hours it doesn't feel too busy. Other shoppers are generally courteous.

I'm a frequent shopper at this store. On 8/24/2021, in the 4pm hour, I stopped by the deli to get some chicken. I asked the young man how fresh the chicken was. He informed me he had some in the back that just came up. He gave me a fresh batch. I truly appreciate the gesture. I didn't catch his name... but he's been there at least a couple of years. He's got the longer and curly brown hair. It's easy to serve 'old food'. But I was glad to get what just came up out of the fryer. If a manager is reading this, please give this young man a high five.

I always make Berkots a stop for fresh food and meat. They have great prices and really high quality meat products. Their ground beef, bratwurst, chicken, etc. is always what I go for. Their deli is great too and the employees who work here are always helpful.

New Lenox store is large, clean, and ample parking. Had a special guest today.

Love their meat and vegetable depts. Bakery and breads are great and I always get special order cakes from them. They look and taste great and they don't skimp on the filling.

Berkots never disappoints . Employees are always helpful and happy. Like happy happy. And what other store has a produce section that makes veggies look that good?
