The samosa was probably the best I’ve ever had!

Friendly staff! Gave us food recommendations and a sample of Vimto-great juice drink to try! Couldn't try their Sambusas as they made 300 for the day and sold out by 6pm! Incredible portions, one entree was enough food for 2 so the prices for these items are amazing. I anticipate coming back soon.

Good stuff for takeout. Big portions ad filling. They were out of what I was going to initially order, but don’t let that intimidate you. Just ask what they do have or what they might recommend. The guy working the kitchen let my friend and I try a couple different types of meat that were both great since we hadn’t had it before. Sambusas were good too but are spicier meat.

Food is great and delicious out here. I had a Camel meat special, loved it tbh. I recommend this place ngl

This place may scare the white folks over here lol but if you give it a chance you won't be let down, the sambusas are yummy spicy fantastic! The kids loved them too! The guys working there were very nice and very generous, we sat at the table and one of the guys came by and gave us a giant plate of rice for free and 2 bananas for the kiddos, he showed me a picture of his baby boy and said he had 2more daughters at home❤ overall great experience and I will definitely be back!

This was the best. Whoever cooked the chicken Suquuar that day. It was filling and tasty.. Wow! It also comes with a drink and banana. The portions are worth the money. Tips are excepted!

Update 5/2/23: I have dreams about the Sambusas, the perfect combination of fried meat, onion, spice. If the construction puts them under I will cry.

This place smells like warmth and happiness. We got the gyros and sambusa and both were absolutely fantastic. The sambusa is spicy but doesn't over power any of the other flavors. The gyros were more meat than anything else and were "succulent and flavorful" according to my partner. We loved it and will absolutely back even though it's on the other side of the Twin Cities from us.

The customer service is one of them most positive and friendly I've ever experienced in my entire life across the world. 100% genuine, friendly and sincere.

Flavorful filling food you can get either pasta or rice. Ask for a recommendation. Get out of your comfort zone and try something new yall

I didn't get the sambusas yet because they're always out you got to call ahead so they can save them for you.

The food and staff were so Friendly, kind and generous and gave me the best experience with Somali.
Also, heads up I think they recently had change there name to Baraka Grill

Best Somali food. I’ll highly recommend for anyone that’s craving for some delicious rice, goat meat, chicken suqar and sambusas.

If I could give 6 stars, I WOULD! This restaurant offers some really flavorful East African food which is very different from the rest of what's available in the city.
They were SOO kind and so helpful. And beat part, it was very affordable. I had so much food that I invited my 2 friends to help me eat AND WE STILL HAD LEFTOVERS.
It might seem as nice on the outside but I'm the inside, you will NOT be disappointed. They have yummy food!
Definitely order some Sambusas because they are delicious and and 2 is not enough for one person.

Good place to get some great tasting sambusa!

Everyone was super nice, the portions are enormous, prices very reasonable and everything tasted great! My new favorite in my neighborhood. I love their spicy sauce. Ask for it if you can take a good amount of heat; they do not charge extra for it. I’m glad I found their information on Google. I’m 6 blocks away and never noticed when they opened. You have to pull into the parking area by Arby’s. It’s the building past Arby’s drive thru on the corner of a huge parking lot by the Goodwill back drop off across from the strip mall with the pawn shop. I missed it the 1st time.

Very flavorful food and great service. Highly recommend for anyone that would like to try Somali food!

The only drawback is that the restaurant is small. It is better for take-outs.

Great food! They make great food, but I prefer it without ranch dressing. The meat is so flavorful that the dressing masks it's deliciousness! I have never understood the ranch dressing obsession, so do take that into consideration. I am madly in love with their hot tea and would drink pots of it if it were possible. They must have magic seasonings they add, because I swear that I have the right spices at home, but it is never as good. The stars of the menu, however, are the sambusas! They put a smile on EVERYONE'S face! They are a heavenly triangular pocket of spicy meat and pure joy! Warning: You won't be able to stop at one. Extreme Warning: Bringing sambusas around other people may result in loss of your sambusas. The only way to ensure that you get to eat yours is to get enough to share!!!! You have been warned.
