Lost Creek Outpost Campground

Due to weather we were unable to camp on national forest property like we originally planned. We drove past this campground and decided to call and see if it was available for the night. Luckily one of the three spots hadn't been booked so we got it. It was nice having an outhouse nearby and enjoyed cooking on the fire. I definitely recommend this campground if you are in the area.

Great location, Site 1 is closest to the road but still separated from it by trees. Site 3 is the largest, and slightly separated from the other two by the Site 3 parking spot. All sites have easy access to a trailhead and cant go wrong with any spot.

Nice secluded spot. Has 3 sites. I actually disagree that number one is the best, it's small and the closest to the road (it does have grass though). We stayed at 3, which is the furthest back and was way bigger than the other two. All three are in a straight line with no real divider so I guess you can't go wrong. The bathroom was maintained to and had air fresheners

Great campsite! Only 3 sites so it's quiet and secluded. Bugs are awful so bring a screen tent!

I've camped here every year for the past 15 years. Great hiking campsite. Small only three sites.

3 site campground. Much more peaceful than the large campgrounds in the park. Site 1 is the best.
