Amazing experience and Bobbi is so great to work with. We have been working with Dawson/Bobbi for our last two homes and last year added auto to the mix and saved over $800- wish we'd have done that a long time ago. Very disappointed. We used Dawson Insurance when we bought our previous home and had no problems. Called two weeks ago on a Friday for a homeowner's insurance quote for a new home purchase. They took all of my information and the property information and said they would e-mail me a quote by Monday. I never received a quote (yes, I checked my spam folder to be sure) and when I called back to follow up, I was transferred to someone's voicemail, who never returned my call. I ended up going through Cross Agency instead.
