The staff is friendly, polite, and welcoming. They make sure you are comfortable. If you are having teeth extracted after the pain medication has been administered they make sure you are not feeling any pain while your teeth are being extracted. God bless my dentist Dr. Shimoun. He is such a caring person.

I had a pleasing time here. All the staffs are nice and friendly, the doctor is also caring but especially Arlina (I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong 🥲😫) was very kind and helpful. She took extra steps to get me an appointment as early as possible and made me feel comfortable :) Thank you.

Staff was polite, knowledgeable and caring. From scheduling to having service performed was timely.
Second visit went even smoother than the first. Dr. Shimoun has treated me each time and explained the procedure where I am able to understand. Most importantly I have never been in pain after his procedures.

Had another visit with the wizard, Dr. Shimoun. Upon being discharged he informed me that I would have some pain and swelling after the procedure. I'm still waiting on the pain to kick in and don't have any swelling. Enjoying coffee and Grapefruit with no issues. The Man is very good at what he does. Thanks for the wonderful job on my mouth.

After a bad experience with another dentist, I was feeling pretty petrified of going to the dentist, despite the fact I know I need some work done. That said, my experience at Refresh Dental today was a very pleasant surprise! For starters, the receptionist was kind, courteous and professional. Next, I was greeted by the X-ray tech/hygienist who was very sweet, personable, kind, warm and friendly, and down to earth. She was super easy to talk to, and was caring and considerate. As an healthcare worker myself (registered nurse), I admire and have a sincere appreciation for those who have a good, upbeat “bedside manner”, as not everyone does unfortunately . The way in which she was able to put me (the overly anxious patient, lol) at ease, really left a good impression on me! The dentist I saw today was professional, kind, explained everything (as far as a potential future treatment plan) thoroughly, and even gave me some helpful tips for managing my pain and tooth sensitivity. He repeatedly provided opportunities for me to ask any questions I may have, and never made me feel rushed, despite the fact that it was the end of the day and I’m sure all the staff was looking forward to going home. Finally, I was able to get a follow up appointment within just 1 week which I’ve never personally experienced at a dental clinic & sincerely appreciated, as I have already put this off long enough (my fault). All that said, I was very pleasantly surprised and happy with every aspect of my visit today. I will most definitely be a returning patient! Thanks again staff for providing such kind and courteous care!

This location is about a 20-25 minute drive for me, but in the end it’s all worth it because the staff here is just AWESOME!!! Every employee, no matter their job description is just always very welcoming, friendly and polite which makes the distance worth it for me. The building is also very clean along with the bathrooms and are stocked accordingly so as long as they continue to accept my insurance then this is the ONLY place I will go too….so keep up the good work Southfield! Dr.Shamoon is the best and the facility is neat and clean. The staff is very kind and friendly. I'd recommend all my friends and family to get there Dental Care done here! The Southfield location is amazing!!! Thank you for the amazing care!

I had a great experience with the Southfield office today. Starting out with Receptionist Egypt, days before my appointment, she called my doctors office to see if I needed to take any antibiotics. The assistant to Dr. Patel was also very helpful, Pleasant, make sure I was comfortable through the entire process.

I live right across Warren refresh dental but I wasn’t happy with their staff or service.

I live 30 minutes away from refresh dental Southfeild and it was definitely worth the drive.
Very friendly staff and doctor. They all talked to me in a professional manner and answered all my questions. Also a very clean clinic.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience was great. Better than I imagined. The place is clean and very professional as well as friendly, welcoming and patient from any person I encountered. I have bad dental anxiety and was very on edge and nervous, and all of the workers made me feel comfortable, not any extra added stress, anxiety, fear or misunderstanding.
