Connexus Credit Union

I had to stop by after work for a check deposit & coin machine, as usual staff (Cynthia) were very friendly, fast, effective.
Not sure why some people had some sort of bad experience with CCU, myself, so far every trip to Brooklyn Center branch were a fine one.

I've been with Connexus - since it was the Honeywell Credit Union! Years ago I got frustrated with Wells Fargo on a home refinance and even switched my mortgage to Connexus. I was very happy with how that went and delighted to cut all ties with Wells. I've banked also at US Bank.
I use on-line Bill Pay, checking and Money Market services. I've traveled the world with their cards and called from overseas when a cash machine ate my card. Never had anything but responsive service.
I did get some incorrect info from an employee in the Brooklyn Center branch recently, but no real harm was done, and they have always been responsive. Credit Unions are still better than banks!

The employees / staff at the Brooklyn Center branch are friendly and always willing to help.

Connexus provides individualized serice whetehr in person on on-line. Always responsive, efficient, and friendly.

Great certificate rate. I was walked step by step through the process of opening an account and had questions answered.

Have always had a good experience with this CU.

This place is amazing I have no idea what that one star review was that is rediculas.
Better then any mainstream bank you will ever go to I mean for Pete's sake they offer a checking account that gives you like 1.5 percent interest how are you going to beat that at a big for profit bank. Credit unions are owned by there employees and are for your interests first before any profits unlock the big banksters check the place out everyone there is very kind they offer great things and low terms. You really can't go wrong if your looking for a place in Brooklyn center

I have been with this Credit Union for more then 15 years. When I worked for Honeywell it was called the Honeywell Federal Credit Union. The name has changed now 3 times but still happy to do business with them.
