I havent had a problem with them and they are affordable

I wish I could give ZERO stars to this place. I went to remove all my stuff only to find it either soaking wet or chewed through by a rodent! I had to throw away half of my stuff due to the damage. DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE!! Worst storage unit I’ve ever seen or dealt with.

If you chose to use this facility be very careful not to get behind! No notice will be given before they auction your belongings. They will send an email that says you are behind and to please pay before "further charges". My daughter has lost EVERYTHING! I would of personally gone down and paid her bill had there fee notice that it was going to get auctioned off. Now all of my grandbabies first things are with some stranger who probably threw them away. An $800 mattress gone. Because they couldn't tell us they were putting it up for auction! Now I get to go to small claims court and try to recoup something anyting for what they've done to us the memories they taken away, sentimental souvenirs that we can never get back.
My daughter was in the hospital for 2 months, and lost her job which is how she got behind. if you're going to go with the storage place go with U-Haul or any other storage facility because at least they give you the date that your stuff's going to be auctioned so that you can get it out beforehand. God forbid something terrible happens to you and you get behind on your payments at least you won't lose everything if you go somewhere else to store your stuff!

Online price says 59.00 called to reserve a unit and the gentalmem tells me it’s 65.00 he didn’t stick with the price on line! Not someone I want to do business with!
