Old Navy

Old Navy jeans always fit me perfectly. Super good deals. My check out person was the best. I will continue to shop at the Eden Prairie location.

Recently returned an online order, it was super fast and just needed the bag it was delivered in. I was worried the return process would be long since I had my 3 year old with, but instead we were in and out in no time.

I normally shop at a competitor but Old Navy has a better selection of men's items so I'm switching. The prices can't be beat. The store was organized and clean.

This is one of the only places that has their fitting rooms open, so it was super helpful to be able to try clothes on! Also they have lots of really nice blouses, as well as really cool graphic tees. They also always have a lot of different jeans if that's what your looking for!

Had an enjoyable shopping experience! The young lady working the cash register was most pleasant. She had a smile on her face and saved me 25% off by suggesting I open an Old Navy card. She also helped by ordering an item that they did not have in the correct size in store. They will ship to them to my home for free! Thanks Karley for all your help!

As a straight white male, this place is great. Good cheap selection of khaki's tank tops. Plus their little "quick change" curtain rooms by the clothes are awesome. All stores should have that. Good on you, Old Naves.

No matter which Old Navy I go into, Love their Customer Service! I can always find someone if I need help & they are well trained & if something is wrong they fix it - Accross the board this is a store I can count on for this no matter where I shop! Thank you Old Navy!!

Nice and helpful staff! Had to exchange an item for a bigger size, dreamy! Yep, covid weight is real! Lol. Anyways, they were quick with my exchange and off I went to McDonald's.....just kidding! ;-)
