Love this store! I love the uniqueness to all the products. You really can't find these options at other places. I always love to look at the Winnie the Pooh and Up merchandise. Boxlunch has a wonderful backpack selection as well.

Just had a great experience right before Christmas! I think her name was Jessie that rang me up! I always get anxiety going into stores with my little kids but Jessie was just so kind and fun❤ I just really appreciated her sweet attitude and if she can read this I want her to know she is doing an amazing job!!

I usually stop in with my friend Kate or sometimes by myself if I’m working and I’m picking up an order. Normally Tyler is working and he’s such an awesome person! He’s fun to talk to and he makes shopping easy/ fun . I love going in there and he’s working .. he’s got such a great personality and he always lets me know if something is new on the shelf etc. Everytime I go shopping , I always hope he is there because again he makes shopping fun and easy !!

I saw a hockey jersey and wanted to try it on. I was helped by Jessie, she was great. She got me signed up and she was also very informative. Overall, I had a great experience and it was my first time as a customer.

The survey didn’t go through my email but I want to say Tyler, Allan, and Matt are such great people. They set good vibes in the store, very helpful and understanding workers. They are also very informative with their events that are going on. Also, as soon as I stepped in the store they would greet me make me smile and laugh. Made my experience shopping in there fun!

Good holiday deals, and yet everything is a bit pricey. Now I sound like my dad. :(

This is a truly awesome shopping experience!
So many different types of products (clothing, toys, collectibles, randomness, etc.) from different brands and pop culture, movies, TV shows, etc.
The prices are VERY reasonable. They always have sales and deals, so watch out for that.
I was helped by Shea at this store. She's amazing. So nice, so lovely, so helpful!
Definitely worth stopping here. You're almost guaranteed to find goodies for yourself and anyone else you're shopping for.

This place is amazing, not only is the staff super super nice but they have amazing stuff! I was looking for stitch items at the Disney store which was also in the mall and they had nothing and I was super sad. My friend was like “hey let’s just go to boxlunch” and I said “huh” so she took me to boxlunch and I was instantly amazed at the big selection! The sales are great too!

Absolutely love this store! I went in the for the first not not expecting much but they actually sell tons of cool stuff that brought me back to my childhood. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the customer service!

Although the Mall of America store is larger, it is spread out across more fandoms. I have found Ridgedale to have a larger selection of Disney, Pixar, and Harry Potter. Most of my favorite items are from this location.

They always have a fun rotating collection of stuff. You can always find something you would love to have. Plus the store is always really clean and the staff is super nice!

Cool store. Prices on apparel a little to high and the coupons after checkout not usable until certain months. Makes deals confusing and untimely. They do rearrange things and when you come back they don't know if they still have stuff. And things you might think are on sale until sold are remarked as normal.

Fun store, just about every fandom is represented. Found two gifts for my nearly impossible to shop for son so I would say you should be able to get something for everyone you buy gifts for, including yourself!

My favorite store in the mall!

Super nice staff! They greeted me at the door and helped me find what I was looking for. They truly seemed interested in what they were selling. Definitely recommend, such a happy and welcoming store

Fun items everywhere you turn. Always a blast and spend the longest time here hunting down a cool find...or 10! Favorite place to stop with the friendliest staff!

Tons of pop culture merchandise. Always new things to check out. Bright and friendly store to visit. Helpful and welcoming staff.

The staff here are amazing! I love the stuff you can buy here, very cute. Some of the quality isn't great however.
