Update: the manager reached out to me this morning and was incredibly kind. She is sending a technician back to my home tomorrow to look at my other bees. I appreciate the call and the concern, and it’s nice as a customer to be heard. After talking to her and how understanding she was I will continue to use this company. The way they quickly handled my issue says a lot about their strive for great service and I appreciate that. I wasn’t expecting to be contacted at all.

I called and explained my bee issue to the receptionist, who was very friendly each time I called. I had to pay $165 before they would even come out to assess. I spoke to the gentlemen and told them my 2 issues, this was yesterday, they were here for a few minutes and treated one of my problems. I was outside this morning and saw the second issue which they claimed they didn’t see but it’s DIRECTLY next to where they treated yesterday. I called back and Shar gave me the option of paying another $205 just to schedule them to come back out. Ridiculous. The men were friendly and so was Shar but I definitely won’t be using them or referring them to anyone the pricing is outrageous and I will never again pay for work before it’s complete.

The guys that spray are professional and so nice! The receptionist who takes payment and schedules is also very helpful. I was recommended to ABC by my house cleaner, and I recommend them to everyone too!

I use this company for lots of different things. I rent port-a-potty’s for my summer parties; I get my septic cleaned out every 3 years; I get my house and barn sprayed for spiders and wasps; I even needed weeding done when I was laid up with a broken ankle and even though they actually don’t provide that service typically, they took care of my gardens. I always call ABC before I call any other company, because they are always helpful and provide a great service. I highly recommend ABC Home and Commercial Services.

I have used this company for many of their services over the past several years (septic cleaning, porta-potty rentals, spider and wasp sprays inside and out, mosquito abatement, chimney sweeping) and they have always provided quality service in a timely manner. Only once did I have a minor issue and one call rectified it above my expectations. Great customer service.

Professional, informative, and above all else effective. They gave me advice on how to prevent myself from having further issues and thus far i haven't had to call them again. Highly reccomend.

Just used them for the first time for my daughters grad party and I will never order a porta-potty or sink elsewhere. The office is very friendly and helpful and the porta potty comes clean as well as the double sinks for outside use! filled with paper towel and soap, everyone was so happy about the sinks. Very happy and will be using them again for our future Halloween parties:)

We live in Harrison township near the water. we moved into out home during the fall, and I couldn't believe the Spiders. The following Summer we had a difficult time enjoying the outside due the bees, and spiders. Someone recommended ABC Bees, Spiders & Wasp. I was hesitant at first, but we tried them the following Spring, and had our home sprayed. That was over 10 years ago. We haven't had a problem since. I would highly recommend them for this type of treatment.

Had my house sprayed for spiders and wasp in April and have been extremely happy! No webs no wasp nest. Also took care of our Box elder bug problem!

I tried a bunch of home treatments for fleas and just couldn’t get the problem under control one treatment from ABC and we were finally flea free! The tech that came out was very friendly and professional even put covers over his shoes before coming into my house. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome....success! Panicked when finding bedbugs in our home months ago. ABC and their staff quickly calmed me down. Used ant granular in my yard, took the ant population down to only a few here and there. The spider wasp treatment worked well, haven’t seen one wasp nest on my house yet.
