It’s been a few months since I rented with ERA and I feel like I should leave a review after my experience. Overall, ERA was great. This was the first time in 20 years we have rented, and ERA was great. The homeowner (Nick Lang)was absolutely horrible and would show up at the property on a weekly basis harassing us. I would hope ERA would drop this client so it doesn’t give them a bad name.
The house was not in good shape when we moved in, but ERA filled all our requests in a timely manner and were amazing. When we did move out we honestly left it better than when we moved in and received all our deposit back minus a small carpet cleaning fee.
I would gladly rent again from ERA and recommend them when asked.

I have been working with ERA for the past 6 years. All of the people that I have worked with have been very helpful and professional. They have been taking care of my unit as I would, when there are issues they call me and it is taken care of quickly. I would recommend ERA to anyone who needs a property manager.

Words can’t express how grateful I am for Shelley Larsen. I initially met her through Monarch Property Management before merging with ERA and my experience with her has been PRICELESS!
She’s the perfect liaison between the homeowners and renters. She has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for me in every aspect of this process. She is so quick to respond to every question or concern I’ve had. In fact, I’ve wanted to steal her for our office and I’m in a completely different industry. That says a lot about her work ethic, customer service, and kindness that she shows everyone. ERA is very fortunate to have her. As well as the homeowners and renters that have the privilege of working with her. She truly has been beyond AMAZING.

Judy Jolley is an outstanding property manger and her assistant Lisa Nelson simply are amazing at their jobs. As owners and our first time renting we were nervous but nothing was too much trouble and they were very efficient especially with communication and put our minds at ease. Judy really cared about us and took care of our home like it was her own. I don't think any other agents care as much like she does. Judy and Lisa make you feel like family and although we only needed to rent our home out for a year, if we ever had to do it again i would choose them in a heartbeat. I hope the the boss realizes what great assets they are to the company because they go above and beyond for their clients.

I just want to give Shelley a major shout out. She is by far the best property manager I have ever worked with. She truly cares about the tenants and is also SO on top of things. I know without a doubt she has the owners and the renters interest in mind. I’ve never rented someplace because of a property manager but after working with her I would stay with the company purely because she is there and I know I would be taken care of.

Judy Jolley and Lisa Nelson were both awesome! I worked as a resident assistant for a year at dixie cove and to keep it short would say that expectations were always met and there was never a lack of communication. I was treated very fairly and would highly recommend them as property managers.

Shelley Larsen has been our rental contact for the last few years while working at monarch property management, She was very quick to let us know about them merging with ERA and has kept us up to date on new payment, building location and contact information. Shelley has done everything in her power to ensure that all of our problems are fixed fast and properly to ensure that our house stays up to date and maintained. She is amazing would highly recommend working with her.

The people here were very helpful for us in finding a new place to rent! Any conflict or confusion was handled professionally and promptly. Shelley went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of while moving into this house! We had a leaking toilet and issues with the water heater - which were fixed immediately once brought to her attention! Shelley is also very quick to respond to any questions that we may have! Overall, we are very satisfied!

The ERA Brokers Consolidated company is so ready and eager to help us with our rental home. They are efficient in getting things repaired and manage all communications with the renters. Above all, the advertisement and showing of the rental is a huge hassle we don't have to deal with. I would strongly recommend this company to manage your rental properties! They're great!

Diana Slater found us the perfect short-term rental while our home is being built. She is professional, responsive and a joy to work with. I highly recommend her for your rental needs.

Judy Jolie is a conscientious, honest and friendly Property Manager. While still taking care of her client’s interests, she makes sure her tenants are well taken care of. If there are any issues, she gets them taken care of promptly. We really enjoyed working with her and would use her again in either capacity.

Judy has been wonderful! She was so helpful during what can be such a stressful time. If I ever left a message, she was not long to respond. When I had questions regarding the application process she was clear and succinct. She is also not without kindness and compassion. I felt I was a priority, even though I know she had other irons in the fire. It was overall a professional and pleasant experience. My thanks to her and her office. We had a wonderful experience when we sold our home with ERA Brokers Consolidated. Our agent was Melissa Bean. We were thinking about selling it by ourselves, but were so happy we didn't! Melissa got us more money than we ever thought it was worth and sold it in one week! All of the paper work, etc. went very smoothly and Melissa handled everything very professionally. She was highly recommended by a friend of mine and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house. She is a very hard worker and knows the details of things that we never would have thought of! I know the people that bought our home were really impressed with her also!

Kasey Nelson is an exceptional realtor! I recently purchased a second home in St. George and Kasey made the experience seamless. I had a short time frame to shop around, but Kasey was able to maximize my time by gathering properties and making appointments to fit my schedule. The home I decided on was a “For Sale by Owner” and Kasey took care of all the negotiations quick and timely. Any questions were answered immediately and her follow up was superb. Purchasing a home from out of state and over the phone was challenging, but Kasey made it a breeze. She even went above and beyond to assist me with having the carpets cleaned and even letting in the delivery guys. I would definitely recommend Kasey for all your real estate needs. She is wonderful.
