In love with this salon! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Mariah did the most beautiful and wonderfully blended balayage for me that looks even better than the photos I showed her! 10/10 would recommend you see her for your next hair appointment.

I just realized that I had not left a review before, but my first visit to this salon was in July of last year - Crazy enough, LIZ remembered that, and I just had to look it up to confirm. Lol.
I don't think there are enough great things to say about this place. I am not the most confident person... at my first appointment, I discussed a.... self-inflicted haircut that was the result of an unpleasant previous experience where I was told that the face-framing layers I wanted .... essentially were not ideal for the "round" shape of my face. I was embarrassed about the emotional chop I had done, and these ladies took the most amazing care of me. (Liz and Emme) No judgement, incredible work. I immediately knew I would never go anywhere else.
I then took my 9 y/o son there, as he has some crazy-thick, fast-growing hair with these cowlicks that go against each other & whatnot, and let me tell you... There are not even words. Lol. It's not just that I can trust that he will get a clean & beautiful cut, it's the care and attention and allowing my baby a moment of pampering in a place that is not just visually pleasant. These are genuinely kind and understanding people. They are wonderful and talented & will deliver on your hair care needs without a doubt! That heartfelt sense of belonging though.... the graciousness & understanding... that kind of environment is hard to come by.
Did I mention I will never go anywhere else? Lol <3

I’ve been going to Evolve for several years now! Their team works so cohesively. I’ve been primarily with Mariah for color but when she’s been out, Samantha has taken me and they both are amazing. I literally drive 40 minutes there and back just to go to them. Highly recommend!!

I have been seeing Sam for color and Key for cuts since before Evolve even opened and I will literally never go to another salon! I love the atmosphere of the salon and all the women there are so wonderful. The Keune products they use are also fantastic.

Sam gives me exactly the color I want every single time and has been doing hand tied extensions for me for six months and they look amazing no one can ever tell it's extensions!

Key always gives a wonderful cut and is one of the kindest women alive! She worked with my grandma towards the end of her life and was such a blessing for her.

Key and Liz also did the hair for my sister's wedding and everyone looked amazing and it was so much fun to have them.

So happy Evolve Salon opened!! Liz is without a doubt the most talented hair stylist I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I’ll start off saying I have an extreme fear of haircuts, change terrifies me, and until working with Liz, I’ve never had a haircut I didn’t immediately regret. Liz is patient, kind, and helpful when bringing my vision to life. Her talent, creativity and skill truly shined while she did my haircut. She helped me go from wearing a mom bun 24/7, to being able to wear my hair down confidently for the first time since my daughter was born and being a stay at home mom. She helped me feel like me, but more stylish. I’m still beaming over this amazing haircut. It was well worth the almost hour long drive. I’ll definitely be back for more services!!!

Evolve is such an amazing salon. All the staff there are outstanding at what they do. I would highly recommend them for any of your hair needs.

Roots coloured- Key coloured my roots. I was visiting from out of town, have never been to this salon before. I can’t say enough about the service I received. Key was able to match my existing colour perfectly. The products used were excellent- I bought one product and will likely order more online in the future. Key is a very friendly, kind , well qualified, experienced hair stylist. If I lived here I would definitely be a regular !

Liz does a fantastic job and is super helpful and friendly to work with. I always enjoy the work she does and feel great each time I walk out their door.

It took me years to find a good stylist when I moved previously, so I was nervous to be on the hunt again after moving to Minnetonka. I'm SO glad I went here first! Everyone was so friendly and listened to what I wanted and delivered!! It was easy to chat with them which is not always the case! Excited to go back!

Love my haircut by Liz!! Even though I am not always great with describing what look I want and desire, she totally gets it and executes the cut beautifully. I sit down in Liz's chair with total ease knowing that no matter what, I'll get an amazing cut that will work well for me and my style. The salon is beautifully appointed with stylish details, products and impeccable service. I look forward to checking out some of the other fabulous services at this salon!!

I had appointments with Sam (colored my hair) and Ginger (cut my hair). I normally get massive anxiety before my appointments, but honestly…. This salon is filled with kind hearted people. Sam and Ginger really empowered me and gave me my confidence back when I felt the lowest about myself. I also met another person named Kei who was really kind too. I haven’t had a haircut in so long because I’m honestly scared to chop my hair off, but I’m so happy I did. Ginger gave me the haircut of my dreams that I didn’t even know I could pull off. I tend to avoid looking at myself in the mirror, but I honestly can’t stop today lol Sam is a blonding goddess tbh and made my hair so healthy after coming off of accutane. I was hesitant at first wanting to go blonde, but after her talking me through the process I’m so happy I did. She’s a gem and so is Ginger. I’m really happy I found this salon and met them both. I won’t be going anywhere else for my hair. ☺ The atmosphere is really relaxed and my social anxiety wasn’t present which is pretty rare. It’s rare you find stylists that genuinely care about their clients (at least in my experience). They’ve really impacted me in a positive way and I’ll never forget how I felt after getting my hair done. I highly recommend this place! 😁

This salon has such great service! I have my hair cut by Liz and she always cuts it exactly how I ask, and it looks amazing every time!! She also gives suggestions for new styles/cuts when asked. Definitely suggest going here!

This salon is awesome! My whole family goes to see Liz, who is an amazing stylist. She took my hair from below to shoulder to above the ear, and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to do it.

Mariah colored my hair yesterday and Liz did my cut. Mariah is an amazing colorist! She totally gets my vision, she is amazing with blondes, she blends the color well, and she takes her time with the foils. I met Liz for the first time yesterday and was so impressed. I loved that she had an opinion on what cut worked best for me. She did an amazing job as well!

I came into Evolve after six months without a haircut, sporting serious growth of old color and crazy long bangs. Sam did a beautiful job blending the old lifted color with babylights and Liz gave me the cutest bob. I'm back to a polished, short haircut and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend visiting them!

I'm super excited that Liz and Sam are in this new venture. They're both extraordinary talent. Sam is an artist with color and Liz can visualize and then create the haircut that you are dreaming of. Could not recommend them more highly.

Amazing Experience! Liz cut my hair and I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone cut my hair like that. She was friendly, knowledgable and listened to what I was wanting to accomplish. Hands down, the best stylist!!!
