Love their food and wait staff is outstanding. I had a mussels and shrimp Special that was delixious and I dare you to find a better shrimp scampi anywhere!! The dining room is a bit dated, but comfy and always clean.

The food is excellent, but the service is outstanding. They made my friends and I feel welcomed. The food portions were just right, as they don't have exaggerate to make that a gimmick. Although they don't serve wine, they knew a place nearby where we could purchase for our party. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Roast Chicken Breast - Fresh herb roasted chicken breast over mashed potatoes with a lemon white wine sauce OMG 😍😍😍😍😍😍 10/10 was by far the most tastiest dish I’ve ever tasted ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Chicken Parmesan - so good 😍😍😍 spaghetti was perfect and the cheese was yummy 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service! The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere/music, reasonably priced, large selection of food, (including gluten free), and it’s BYOB.

We had a great meal there last night! The service and food were excellent! The appetizer platter with clams, mussels, shrimp, etc. was perfect and the shrimp fra diavolo was spicy and plentiful. A great find in upper Montclair!

This was my first time at La Couronne
I was in a group of about 20 people. We all ordered off of the menus for our entree. An antipasto, stuffed mushrooms, fried calamari and seafood salad were ordered in advance. All 4 were exceptional. I have never had better fried calamari.

For an entire I had the garganelli Bolognese. It was a red Bolognese sauce. I thought enjoyed it. We were all impressed that all of the food came out at the same time. Our wide variety of entre choices were enjoyed, without exception, all perfectly coordinated in the kitchen.

The staff were professional and could not be more courteous. I will go back often!

Delicious food. The best spaghetti and meatballs I have ever tried and the meatballs were homemade. Yum. I highly recommend this place. Good service and an amazing place to go out to eat with your family and friends

Our party of four had delicious meals. The ambiance of the place is lovely and calming, and we could have a relaxed meal and conversation. The service was excellent.

This has become one of our favorite restaurants to eat at. The owner and his family are VERY nice and accommodating, food is delicious and reasonably priced.
